This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has everything you could need to enjoy a getaway in downtown New Buffalo! When you walk up to the home you'll pass through the charming front porch with cushioned swing and chairs. Step through the front door into the light and bright living and dining room with a large TV and streaming services. 

Move into the home where you will find 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms with clean and cozy linens and a full bathroom. The home features a spacious eat-in kitchen with fully stocked cooking supplies. No need to bring diry laundry home with you, the home has a full size washer and dryer for you to use. 

The home sits on a large corner lot which is fully fenced in with a nice lawn. There is also a gas grill at the home for you to use along with grilling tools. 

The location is ideal, just a block from Beer Church Brewing company and a short walk to all that downtown New Buffalo has to offer! Walk to the beach in only 4/5 of a mile and lounge in the sand, have a swim, or simply enjoy a breathtaking New Buffalo sunset!

How Far is the Beach? 
New Buffalo Public Beach is 4/5 of a mile walk. Please click here for a map. You can walk or you can drive and park, please note that there is a fee to park and they accept cards at the parking kiosk.

Is the yard fully fenced? 
The yard is fully fenced but we can never promise that your doggie can't get out, we know sneaky they can be at times. The best play is to keep them on a leash if unsupervised.
