My group and I had an amazing experience at this property! The hosts were extremely accommodating and sweet! The view of the mountains was incredible, and the price was unbeatable for the experience. I would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone!!!

Misleading, Misleading, Misleading.DO NOT book this listing if you care about you or your children's safety.59 pictures and only one shows the staircase upstairs. You can only see about 10% of it in the picture.This place is called an Apartment for some reason when in reality it is the downstairs of a home that you can hear people upstairs walking and listening to the TV in the background.Im order to lock the front door you have to essentially body slam yourself into the door to get it to fully lock.Upon entering you will immediately hear this very odd loud noise next to the stairs. Covering the staircase is a curtain that you cannot see in any of the listing pictures. Out of safety concerns we pulled back the curtain just a bit to see what the loud noise was. We then find a white noise machine on the steps. Further up the steps where you would expect a door to be is insulated taped up pieces of insulatioon foam where you can still see cracks of light upstairs to where the hosts live.Before you think we were being nosy, there was quite literally no mention of curtains, a white noise machine, surveillance of the stairs, or how the upper floor was connected to the downstairs.We were then belittled by the host through messages because one of us peered our head through the curtain to ensure our saftey.Had we have seen accurate pictures of the setup we would of never booked this.The only positive thing I can say is that we at least got a refund.

Wonderful place to stay!!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying here, a fantastic property, and I can't recommend it highly enough! It was immaculate and spacious, with thoughtful attention to detail in the decor. The amenities were perfect, and the breathtaking views and beautiful grounds provided plenty of space for relaxation and play.We enjoyed campfires, sunrises in the hot tub, shot some pool, played foosball and had a great time fishing at Blue Mesa Reservoir. The views of Needlerock were simply spectacular! We also explored several next door trails in Crawford State Park, shopping from Montrose to local markets was great making the most of the central location while still enjoying the peace and beauty of the area.The owner's communication was excellent, with great follow-up throughout our stay. If you're looking for a wonderful getaway, this is the place! Five stars all around!

The rental was very nice and clean. We were in Crawfod for my granddaughters wedding, and it was very close to the Barn at Hawk ranch.
