**New** Crestwood is an all-wood spacious 3500+ sq.ft. cabin with Loft built in 2023. Perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Cabin features 3 king beds, 2 sets of bunks, and 3 full baths. This large family retreat also offers an indoor wood burning fireplace, pool table, arcade, hot tub, outdoor gas fireplace, spacious decks, and an outdoor grill. Easy access and parking for up to 3 cars. Great for 2 families of up to 10. Note: Minimum rental age of 25 strictly enforced. Copy of Driver's License and E-sign of Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking is required (No exceptions). I.D. verified at check in with our agent. Strict No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking.

This is our personal family cabin and be assured you will be dealing directly with the owners. We are a call or text away, which is not always the case with 2nd and 3rd party Rental/Management companies.

Crestwood was designed and built by us with our family in mind. Our cabin is located in Chalet Village North on Ski Mountain which is the most sought-after area for Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. We are a 5-minute drive down the mountain to the center of town. We are just minutes from the Gatlinburg Welcome Center where you can park your car and take a trolley into town.

The master bedroom (on the main floor) has a king size bed and features an oversized bathroom retreat with a freestanding soaking tub. The second and third room are in the loft area and have king size beds. There is an oversized bathroom in the loft level with double sinks, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The bunk area is in the lower level and has 4 twin size beds, ideal for up to 4 kids/teens. The lower level also features the game room which has a pool table, an arcade, a wet bar, and an electric fireplace and tv. The lower level also has a full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has an island and all stainless-steel appliances including double ovens. There is a dining area and a great room with 20 ft. ceiling and a wood burning fireplace. The upper bedrooms have private covered balcony decks with great views. There is also a coffee bar in the loft area with seating so you can relax and enjoy a cup without having to go to the kitchen.

All decks provide seating to help you engage with some of the beautiful outdoor views (and maybe catch a glimpse of a bear or maybe a mama bear with her cubs!) The main level deck offers a bed swing off the master suite so you can enjoy the views while relaxing in comfort.

During the summer months, you'll have access to all three club houses which have lighted tennis courts, swimming pools, paved walking trail, ping pong, foosball, and assorted yard games.

Note: We have security cameras located in the parking area in the main entrance to the cabin. The cameras are there for safety and security only. There are NO cameras inside cabin or by the hot tub.
