If you plan on exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this rental is also convenient for reaching several entrances to the national park including the Sugarlands entrance, the Cherokee Orchard entrance, and the Greenbrier entrance.

"Bety Cabin" also comes complete with useful features like a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill, WiFi Internet, private Hot Tub, pool table, fireplace and a cozy living area with television. Extra sleeper sofa and a washer & dryer.

Once you’re ready to get some rest before your next day of adventure in the Smokies. “Bety Cabin” features 3 comfortable bedrooms. The main level master suite includes a king-size bed, in-room Jacuzzi tub, full bath, and television, the other additional bedroom provide queen-size bed and full bath, Basement while the third features a queen-size bed and twin daybed with trundle. All the lower-level bedrooms come complete with their own television, Bety cabin can sleep up to 10 guests in comfort (including children), so it’s just the right size for a family getaway or a weekend in Gatlinburg with friends.

Other Things To Note:

Max Occupancy 10. Exceeding max number of occupants is considered a breach of conflict and you will be asked to leave the premises without refund.

Events allowed: birthday parties, family gatherings, weddings Max Attendees 10.

No pets allowed. Bringing pet(s) is in breach of contract and you will be required to leave the premises immediately without refund.

You must be 21 years old to rent this cabin, I.D required at check in. Person making the reservation must be present during the entire stay.

Current Year Pool Pass is required for entry to all pool areas.
Pools are officially open Friday of Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day.
Pool Hours are 9am to 9pm daily for all pools that are scheduled to be open.

Cleaning Company provide ONLY A starter pack includes: coffee packets (2), laundry detergent (1), dishwashing powder (1), dishwashing liquid (3oz), kitchen sponge (1), kitchen towels (1), paper towels (1), (2) toilet paper per bath, body soap, shampoo, and (2) garbage bags for each garbage can.

While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
Note: 100% of the cleaning fee goes to a local single mother that does a great job.

We always suggest travel insurance as we do not refund due to road conditions, storms, medical conditions including COVID or inclement weather conditions.

Third party amenities, such as electricity, gas, and internet are beyond our control. In the event of service interruption beyond our control, you agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you seek compensation of any kind, including partial or complete refunds for any such interruption.

We have in effect very STRICT HOUSE RULES due to unfortunate guest behaviors. Please follow the house rules including the following:

Extra persons exceeding your booking are not allowed to stay in the property. We have cameras outside the property checking number of guests and security at night checking the premises for no extra guests. Exceeding the maximum number of occupants is considered a breach of contract and you will be asked to leave the premises without refund.

IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, BOOKING CAN BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY AND EVERY GUEST SHOULD VACATE THE PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND.
