This enchanting home away from home is an oasis - it offers a private enclosed backyard with a sparkling outdoor pool with a beautiful waterfall, several poolside loungers where you can work on your tan, a covered patio with a nice and comfy seating area, and a gas grill to host summertime cookouts. Inside, this air-conditioned abode enjoys a welcoming open floor plan. Wind down in the living area, furnished to provide guests with all the comfort needed, and watch a favorite show or movie on the TV with cable. The kitchen is complete with modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a smart LG refrigerator and an air fryer. The spacious primary suite has its own working desk, a large TV, access to the backyard, and an en suite bath. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and a golf cart.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
