Unit 20 is close to 98 so easy access to restaurants, several within walking distance. Park at your front door. Beach is and easy 5 minute walk to The white sands and Emerald Green waters with no streets to cross! Pool is right out your front door! 3 Bedrooms, King in master and Queen in other 2 Bedrooms. TV's in all Bedrooms! 2 Full bathrooms upstairs and half bath on 1st Floor. All Tile on 1st Floor and Carpeting 2nd Floor. Plenty of towels, blankets, and a well stocked Kitchen! Comes with complimentary Beach service 2 chairs and umbrella set up for you everyday on the beach for you. March 1st to Oct 31st.

Perfect Destin weekend

Stayed in this lovely vacation home for 2 nights. Its by far the cleanest vrbo we have every stayed in! The home was perfectly equiped with high quality bed linens, towels and furnishings! Plenty of room for our family trip for our sons graduation. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I am glad you liked the place. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. You walk across the bridge over the lake which their are lots of turtles to see and then you go through another gate and around the south pool and through parking lot to the beach. Sorry about the Trash. It also could have been from another unit. The cleaner who cleaned doesn't clean over there a lot and she may have forgotten that they don't pick up the trash after 10am. This is something fairly new over there. Thank you for taking it to the dumpster. Otherwise I am glad you enjoyed your stay!

Wow! What were the issues? A 1 star really? It's is the end of the summer and deep cleans are done in the fall. But we usually try to keep up with things. I do the ceiling fans quite often. And a few other extra things.

Very difficult to find that part of the complex. Recommend searching map apps with the exact unit number. Turns out that the walk to the beach was very very weird and long. There was some miscommunication about access. I didn’t know to look for a different email. It didn’t show up in VRBO.

I am sorry you had a hard time finding the unit. I always email to peoples personal emails. I messaged you on vrbo telling you it was coming from my email. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. We should probably have more signs up helping people get to the beach. Sorry for those problems that you had. Call me anytime.

The whole state was great I loved it the pool the lake or Pond or whatever had so many turtles you couldn't really fish and the master bed was uncomfortable those were the only two things other than that the state was great

Great short weekend stay.

We were in town for a cheer competition in Fort Walton. This condo had the right combination of beds to fit my entire family. So many other listings have double beds listed as sleeping two people. Sure two small people can sleep in a double but normal sized people not so much. This had a king and two queens. Check in was simple and the condo was nice. You are given one parking spot for each unit that is marked with your unit number and other spots are first come first served. However, other guests did not abide by the marked spots and parked in our marked spot several times. Thought on our check out day that we were going to have to call the owner when we got ready to leave and my daughter could not find her car keys. After tearing all our bags apart and looking all over and only having 15 minutes to spare before we went past our check out time we found them in the couch under the cushions. All in all a good stay. Would stay here again. Thanks. P.S. my daughter’s cheer team won their competition so it was a great weekend.
