A wonderful home for any vacation, completed in 2023, exceeds your expectations from the moment you drive up. This 4-bedroom townhome showcases modern style and comes newly furnished from top to bottom with accommodations for every family member. White shiplap and coastal decor set the mood inside, while Gulf breezes and the sound of the waves are sure to relax while you lounge on the private balconies.
On-site, you can take on the Arnold Palmer-designed 9-hole golf course or enjoy a leisurely loop around the complementary 3-hole short course. The home is situated in a highly desired section of the resort, offering easy, quick access to two sparkling pools that are heated during winter months, a fitness center, and resort dining. The resortâs private boardwalk to the beach is within a hundred yards of the front door, making beach trips a breeze. A leisurely walk or comfortable Golf Cart ride down to the beach on the private boardwalk is a perfect family activity where you can rent chairs to enjoy all the fun in the sun with family and friends.
Between outings, everyone can gather for some TV time or conversation in the sunlit living area. The home has everything you need for an evening of fun with board games and the newest Sony PlayStation games. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook, entertain, relax, eat, and enjoy island life. Enjoy a relaxing outdoor dining experience in the fenced-in park just outside the front door, which boasts lots of palm trees with a covered picnic area and plenty of room for the kids to play or have fun on the swings.
This home is equipped with modern amenities to ensure your comfort. It features a two-car garage, private parking spaces at the back, ample street parking, and everyday essentials such as central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer, and a guests guide to our favorite places!

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
