The space
Welcome to Genesis Oasis, Ritchie Fabian’s first rental! This place is your ideal for escaping the noise and soaking in the beauty of the desert. You’ll have 2.5 acres all to yourself—plenty of space to wander, relax, and just take it all in. Getting here is a little adventure with some unpaved roads, but don’t worry, any car (even a Tesla!) can make it. Expect some friendly desert neighbors like rabbits, roadrunners, and coyotes. The best part? It truly feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. So, settle in, unplug, and enjoy the peacefulness.

The property is equipped with Starlink high-speed WiFi internet, perfect for those who are looking to work from home while enjoying a tranquil desert escape.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
Come on in and make yourself at home! The open-concept living space is bright, cozy, and perfect for hanging out. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to whip up a meal, plus there’s a coffee bar to kickstart your mornings. Gather around the dining table or sink into the comfy seating—choose between a 2-seater couch, an L-shaped couch that fits five, or any of the extra chairs. The living room has board games and a Smart TV with access to Hulu, Peacock, HBO, Disney+, and Netflix. Whether you're here with friends, your partner, or family, Genesis Oasis is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS
There are three bedrooms, all with comfortable queen beds. Each bedroom has shear and dark out curtains. The master bedroom offers a little extra privacy with its own en suite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom down the hall.

OUTDOORS
At Genesis Oasis, your day is yours to design. Fire up the BBQ, gather around the fire pit, or simply do nothing at all. Lounge in a hammock, soak in the wide-open desert views, or unwind in the hot tub under a sky full of stars. Feeling adventurous? Grab a bike and explore the peaceful desert trails at your own pace. Cool off in the private outdoor shower and let the breeze refresh you. As the sun sets, mix up a cocktail and watch the sky turn to gold. Out here, time slows down, and every moment is yours to enjoy.

We are proud to be a sustainable home, powered entirely by solar energy. Because we believe in conserving energy and reducing our footprint, we kindly ask guests to use the EV charger overnight before going to sleep to ensure efficient energy use.

We provide a 240V male EV charger outlet, but you must bring your own charger cord to plug in.

Now accepting midterm stays (30–120 days). Stays longer than 120 days require prior approval. All utilities included. Enjoy a private spa hot tub under the stars, Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi, EV charger, and one professional cleaning included with your stay.

The entire house and 2.5 acres parcel is yours to explore!

The property is equpped with a smart lock entry for easy access onto the property and the spa, you'll have the freedom to come and go at your leisure.
Other things to note
►Do not leave any door open unattended and ensure to close doors/screen doors tightly behind you! There have been a lot of critters out this season already, lizards, tarantulas, and coyotes, so please be cautious!
► For everyone’s comfort, we have installed a Minut device that monitors noise levels, crowd size, smoking, and temperature. Guests will be notified if noise levels exceed 75 dB during quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM). Please comply to avoid any issues—failure to do so may result in eviction without a refund and responsibility for any city ordinance fines.
► No filming or photo shoots for commercial purposes or parties, weddings, or other events with 8+ attendees without express written permission.
►You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive advanced permission. That includes day guests and overnight guests.
►No parties, events, and large gatherings
►Respect our neighbors and no amplified music between 10pm to 8am.
►Please be mindful of the California drought and keep water use to a minimum.
►No smoking in the house.
► EV Charger Policy: A 240V male EV charger outlet is available. Guests must bring their own charger cord.
As a sustainable home powered by solar energy, we kindly ask that you charge your EV overnight before going to sleep to optimize energy usage.
►Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. A $50 pet fee applies. We will send you a payment request prior to your stay. Always supervise your furry friends when outside. Per city ordinance, keep your pets on leash when outside. We recently completed a massive renovation and the possibility of glass, nails, screws or other sharp building materials on the ground outside is high.
►No bare feet outside. Don't leave shoes outside.
►Children and pets must be supervised by an adult at all times.
►No tampons or other foreign objects flushed in toilets or down drains because we are on a septic system.
►Please do not disturb any of the wildlife like the wonderful bunnies, jack rabbits lizards, tortoises, quail and chuckwallas.
►Travelers Insurance- We strongly encourage all guests to obtain travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.
►HOT TUB
Maintenance of hottub is on Mondays. Our Maintenance Tech won’t need come inside the house and will only be in the backyard hottub area and will do his best not to infringe on your privacy.

Hot Tub Safety Rules:
1. Shower BEFORE use and help maintain water quality. An extra cleaning fee of $100 applies if found dirty after use.
2. No food
3. No diving
4. No intoxicated persons may use the hot tub
5. All drinks must be served in plastic containers. NO GLASS.
6. No one should use the hot tub alone as there is no lifeguard on duty
7. No excessive noise - please be considerate of your neighbors.
8. Children may never be left unattended when they may gain access to the hot tub, not even for a few seconds
9. Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14.
10. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

Please ensure that you SECURELY fasten the top to the hot tub after each use. The wind will take it away otherwise!

Neither the host nor the host's agents can assure the safety of persons using property containing a hot tub. As a consequence, guests assume liability for hot tub use by themselves, other occupants, their guests, and their pets.

Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the hot tub.

By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above for use of the hot tub and all policies above.
