Wonderful condo and enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything went smoothly renting the condo. We appreciated it being on the 3rd floor so that we could take the stairs and avoid the elevator. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean!

Wonderful!

This was our second visit and already planning a third! Always clean, always feels safe, close to everything, but never feels crowded. You can watch the best sunrises and sunsets right from the balcony, or in 1-2 minutes you can be right on the beach. No complaints whatsoever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great. It is small but suited my family of 4 just fine. If you have a bigger group just know it may be a tight fit. But the location was perfect and the condo was clean and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, 2 kids (5&7), and I loved staying in this condo. It was clean and suited our needs perfectly. My kids LOVED staying in the bunk beds. This is right on the beach with a gorgeous ocean view. The beach chairs and umbrella were very convenient. I loved having a nice washing machine and dryer-- I did laundry every night due to the sand and humidity. Would definitely stay here again!

The bunk beds tend to be the perfect and most favorite place for the younger members of the group, as it gives them space to feel like they have their own place in the condo! Quiet Relaxing Vacation Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Pelican Isle #309. It was clean and very quiet. Loved the balcony to see the ocean and relax on the balcony. The mirrors on the wall made it feel much bigger than it actually was. The mattress could be replaced. Seemed to be too soft and broken on one side. Loved that there was no carpet and the floors were easy to clean.

Off the beaten path

The condo was in decent shape, starting to show some signs of wear, but not bad. The building and grounds are very nice. Parking is very close. We LOVED the fact that it’s off the main drag, absolutely zero traffic. It’s in a residential area, not the highly commercialized main drag. Beach was clean and not too crowded. We tried to venture out for dinner on the first night, but after an hour to go 6 miles we gave up. Every restaurant towards Destin had over an hour wait. We realized there was a few restaurants and convenience stores right down the street. No reason to leave the area!! The most relaxed vacation we’ve had in years!!

Uncomfortable seating

The couch is the only place to sit and watch tv. We had to sit on bedroom pillows because the cushions were so uncomfortable. We still got backaches from sitting there. Will not rent this unit again.
