Completely Renovated Home in Walkable Downtown Irvine - Close to Red River Gorge

Welcome home! Come stay in our beautiful Craftsman home, built in 1900, that we completely renovated for modern day living! We are in the best location – the heart of downtown Irvine! There’s plenty of space with our open floorplan living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. You can stay home and enjoy the house and large outdoor areas, take a stroll down Main Street to local restaurants, festivals, the river, etc., or hop in the car for a short drive to visit Red River Gorge, Berea, or Lexington.

We call this the Big Porch Bungalow because of the extra-large front porch. It welcomes you with a cozy outdoor sectional on one side and a porch swing on the other, giving ample space to watch the Main Street activity!

Inside boasts an open floorplan with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a soft leather reclining sectional, a gas fireplace, and a 65" tv for movie nights! The dining area seats six, and the kitchen is a chef's dream! It features all new stainless appliances, a wine cooler, island with microwave, pot filler over the stove, etc. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, including dishes, pots and pans, a toaster, blender, food processor, and coffee pot.

The main bedroom is on the first floor and has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a gas fireplace, and tons of closet space. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed, and one with a queen, and they share an oversized bathroom. Roku tv's are in all bedrooms.

There's a great workspace at the base of the stairs just in case you have to spend "time in the office" while on vacation. The wireless printer and scanner are there for your use, as well as a portable bluetooth speaker. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in a large, light-filled laundry room. Our home is designed to stay a couple of nights or a couple of months!

The Main Street location is wonderful. When home, the front porch is a fantastic spot during festivals, parades, etc. If you're looking for privacy, you can enjoy a large patio in the back yard. If you're looking to get out and enjoy great Kentucky activities, you're close to great hiking in Red River Gorge or The Pinnacles , kayaking on the KY river, boutique and antique shopping in Irvine, Berea, and the surrounding towns, or larger shops and horse racing in Lexington.
