Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and consistent policy for all guests.

- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund

- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost

- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable



For reservations made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO, the cancellation policy associated with the listing at the time of booking will apply.

Check-In Form Required

All primary guests must complete a short check-in form after booking. This must be completed prior to receiving check-in instructions and entry codes. It’s part of our standard safety and verification process and helps us comply with local laws and insurance requirements—ensuring a smooth and secure experience for everyone.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy

We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests when possible, depending on our cleaning schedule and same-day reservations.

If you’d like to guarantee an early arrival or a late departure, we offer the option to add the night before or after your reservation at a 50% discount, as long as those nights are still available at the time of your request.

Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved pets with an additional pet fee charged per pet, per reservation. For 30+ day stays, the pet fee is charged monthly, and a $200 refundable pet deposit is required prior to check-in. This deposit will be returned after checkout once the property has been inspected and no pet-related damage or excessive cleaning is required.

Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not disturb neighbors.

Damage Protection

Your stay includes damage coverage through Guesty Shield:

• No security deposit required

• A non-refundable damage protection fee is included in your reservation (may appear as a “management fee”)

• For stays over 21 days, additional coverage applies every 21 days



This protects both guests and hosts from accidental damage. It does not cover intentional damage, violations of house rules, or costs related to smoking, unauthorized guests, or pet policy violations.



Interaction with Guests:

We give our guests space but are always available if needed. You can reach us anytime through the booking platform, and we’ll respond quickly. Our local team is nearby in case in-person help is ever needed.
