Enter the iron gates, and escape it all! 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and a two twin bed trundle bed. Very spacious and perfect for corporate events, church retreats, family & friend get togethers, and romantic getaways. It is available for extended stays as well. Only 13 miles from Ridley Sports Complex!
The space
Enter the iron gates, cross the concrete bridge that leads you across beautiful Snow Creek! The lovely spring fed pond is to the left, and has seating area. Swim/watersports at your own risk. Floats & kayak available. Be responsible for your own life jackets & adult supervision. Catch and release fishing. There are a couple of poles & gear. The newly built cabin is all wood inside and out! It’s very spacious with an open design perfect for get togethers, as well as corporate retreats! The spacious private porch has rockers, and and a great view of the one acre pond. As you enter into the main room, the large master bedroom is to the right, with a king size bed, and 2 queen size beds, a 55” Roku tv, and a bow flex elliptical, and weight bands, so you don’t have to miss your workouts. Attached is a large bathroom with antique claw foot tub and large tile shower. The large main room is the kitchen, bar/stools, dining table/chairs, 62” Rolu tv, sectional sofa. There is also a trundle daybed that is 2 twin size beds. The second bedroom has a king size bed, and also has an attached bathroom with tub/tile shower combo. The laundry room is to the left of the big room. The attached garage isn’t accessible. Feel free to explore & hike the trails. A volleyball court is by the cabin, and has nighttime LED changing lights. There is also badminton, and lighted corn hole. High speed internet, Roku channels, Netflix and other streaming and dvd player. There are lots of board games. Fire pit out back with provided wood, small tabletop Blackstone grill with provided propane, charcoal grill, provided charcoal & lighter fluid. The cabin is Door Dash & Uber Eats, & Instacart deliverable.

Enjoy exploring the whole property, the creek, the mountain trails, pond, volleyball court, and more. This cabin is privately located, and unseen from the main house we live in….1000 feet up the hill, up driveway.
Other things to note
The house and pond are powered by our natural spring, so, in the second bedroom, you can hear the water flow/pump (while running water), so, there is a spa sound machine with several sound settings to enjoy a perfect night’s sleep. Small events are allowed, but must be approved before booking. Additional fees are required. Small day events with a max of 30 people (10 overnight guests only), will be an additional $500. All events must be approved, and subject to additional fees, which will be agreed upon, and paid upon booking. Available on select July dates for one night bookings, so you and your group can enjoy summer swimming, kayaking, fishing and more! Limited one night availability.
