The dining table easily seats 8 in a mix of chairs and bench seating, plus there’s a highchair available. This cozy single level home boasts three bedrooms for restful nights. The primary king suite features a unique accent wall, TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two built-in twin bunks, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. A full bath with a walk-in shower and a convenient washer/dryer complete this level.

The partially covered deck is great for relaxing and watching the waves roll in. It also offers access to the upper sunning deck, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak in the sun's rays while enjoying the stunning Gulf views.

On the ground level, you'll find ample parking space for up to 4 cars. PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation.
