Villa Papaya — Dream Vacay-Gulf-access Waterfront home -Heated saltwater pool

Come spend some time in the paradise! The Villa Papaya is a newly built waterfront home, located on canal Papaya which is gulf accessible and surrounded by palm trees. It is perfect for a family vacation in the “ Venice of America” to make memories that will last for a life time. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an office. In addition, it has a three- car garage, a large caged lanai and salt water pool.

The open kitchen and living room with a unique 90-degree glass sliding door opens to the lanai, which seamlessly connects the outdoor and indoor area, and creates a special ambience.

The living area and the kitchen are modern and fully equipped. There is a fridge / freezer with ice maker, dual coffee maker, Expresso maker, microwave, stove and dishwasher and much more.

 The bedrooms have plenty of beds and can accommodate 8 people and suitable for couples and families.

 The primary bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, a large bathroom with two separate sinks, a very spacious shower and a bathtub. It has two spacious walk-in closets(one is for your use). This bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the lanai and pool. You can enjoy the beautiful sunrise or sunset with palm trees along the canal in your bed or on the cozy sofa outside of your door. It has black out curtains and drapes that are just right for a perfect night sleep.

The second bedroom has two twin XL beds, and can be easily rearranged as a king bed if needed.

The third bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds and can accommodate four guests.

The home office is ready for you if you need to check in on work or business. The patio area including the pool is protected by a cage to keep out leaves, grass and insects. One of the bathrooms is directly accessible from the pool area. The terrace is equipped with a covered dining area, and you can enjoy a meal next to your private pool with the palm trees, canals and beautiful sunset as a backdrop.

 You can also enjoy Cape Coral's evenings on the lounge chairs.

 The villa also has air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. There are two fans on the lanai in case you want to enjoy a relaxing time on the lounger.

 Additional amenities are: Free WIFI, washer and dryer, three bicycles with helmets and two kayaks. Cape Coral is bike friendly and there are bike lanes everywhere. You can also rent Kayaks or boats to cruise on the canals( A boat dock will be built but currently not available at the house). The Saniebel beach is a short drive away, and you can also book tours to watch Dolphins. We look forward to welcoming you in Villa Papaya!
