Cottage on River

Guest cottage situated on 2 acres overlooking the Saint Johns River! The attached main house is our residence, however we are very respectful of your privacy. Shared areas are the dock, pool and cabana.
The space
The cottage is a 2-story private attached apartment. Downstairs includes kitchen, dining, bedroom (king bed), bathroom, laundry and living room.

Upstairs is the kids loft with two enclosed twin bunks, bathroom and a playroom. The loft includes a 42” smart TV, and is a cozy spot for children. Please make note that the upstairs ceiling height is low (6 feet) and both rooms are open to the bathroom so there is not a lot of privacy.
Guest access
The cottage has its own private back yard space with tiki hut, for grilling and relaxing. The cottage’s shared spaces and amenities include dock, pool, and parking. 2 kayaks, a canoe and the pool cabana are all available for guests to enjoy.

This area is secluded, but close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants.

Hosts live on the property, but are very respectful of your privacy. Smoking is allowed outside.
