Our LK Mary home sits in Between the 2 most famous places central Florida has to offer, Disney World & Daytona beach and everything else in between. This property sits on 1/2acre of land, tropical landscaped backyard making your stay with us the true Floridian experience . Total privacy with quite nights for a full rest.
NO BIKERS PLease! My home is in a Gated community.1 mile to Dtwn Lake Mary. Our pool is NOT heated, the hot tub only CAN be headed at an additional cost
The space
We ask for NO :TRAILERS, CAMPERS, 3+vehicles , This is a HOA community with board and directors.
Bikers are ok but no trailers nor mechanics breaking bikes down for repairs. If you are a biker, please try to be as quite as possible when handling your bikes in the neighborhood.
Our home is a Modern style home for your comfort and getaway.
clean and sanitized at all times .
TVs in all the rooms .
No carpet in the house, worry free if traveling with young ones.

Oversized pool in half an acre property with privacy all Around the back area of the property.

2 cameras monitor the property In the outside only

We don’t mind family/ friends visits while you stay with us , Visitation hours are from 8am thru 10pm .

No more than 10 persons at the property at anytime of your stay and no street parking. All visitors must park on driveway and do not block side walk.
Guest access
Guest have access to all of the property.

No gatherings of any kind****
No trailers , Rvs, campers of any kind is permitted at any moment of your stay .

PLEASE, DO NOT TRY TO SNEAK IN AN EVENT, PARTY, GATHERING, ETC! WHEN STAYING WITH US, All SURROUNDING NEIGHBORs HAVE MY HUSBAND DIRECT PHONE NUMBER AND WILL CALL HIM TO REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY of such an event.
He can be on premises in 5 minutes. You will be ask to leave immediately with NO Refund and vrbo will be notified.

Our checking instructions are very simple for your convenience

** Heating is available ONLY for the HotTub at an additional cost+++ please read full disclosure **** The OVERSIZED POOL is NOT Heated ***
This charge covers the cost for the propane gas that is used to heat the hot tub and the tech that has to be sent to the property to turn it ON and OFF. This feature is turn ON and OFF manually by a train professional or person that would be responsible for handling the heating equipment at the time of any guest request .
Pool hot Tub has an extra charge of $25 per hour(minimum 2 hour requested time) Spa payment is collected when spa is turn on, Cash . By 10 pm the spa is close. Latest spa request by 6:30 pm . Our tech needs 4 hours in advance per spa request, so plan accordingly. **

*We used to have guest set it up themselves, until a guest on February 2020 set things improperly and burn the unit , costing the host 3,500.00 in repairs
