The house has fully equiped kitchen as well as bathrooms down and upstairs. Living area is downstairs with a large terase and upstairs are 3 rooms with balcony and bathroom.
Situated in solitude ensures calm and quiet but is still close to city of Rijeka (15 min drive) and popular tourist towns with numerous caffees and parties like Opatija, Crikvenica, Krk (20 min drive) when you want to hang out.
It is surrounded up by the mountains and downhills by numerous beaches just few minutes drive (10-15 min) - Uvala Scot, Oštro, Uvala Scott, Bakarac, Zurkovo, Jadranovo, Kacjak, Dramalj, Krk...
You can take a walk or bike to Bakarski prezidi where you will admire breathtaking view of the old picturesque town Bakar and its vast beautiful bay. If you prefer hiking there are mountains like, Snježnik, Risnjak, Platak, Tuhobic a few minutes drive.
