Once you make a reservation and the 100% refund window has passed, expect to receive a lengthy, three-page email filled with warnings, detailed steps, and complicated instructionsâadding unnecessary stress to what should be a relaxing family vacation.
Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find the property was not properly cleaned. There were Oreo crumbs under the couch, and the bunk bed was visibly dirty with no extra bed linens provided. As a result, our entire family had to share the two beds in the bedroom.
Communication was difficultâphone calls were never answered, and the only reliable method of contact was via text message. There were no cleaning services provided during our stay, so be prepared to bring extra towels. The shower was also clogged after every use, which became a recurring issue.
While we enjoyed the overall resort, we do not plan to book this particular âbreathtaking condoâ again.
