The space
The property is centrally located in a pleasant community in Northwest Atlanta. There is free parking onsite that will accommodate 2-3 vehicles in the driveway. The front entrance of the property has a few steps that lead into a beautiful and comfortable home away from home. Once inside, the house is quite accessible with an open concept kitchen and dining room, living room with a Smart TV, three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds) with Smart TVs and two full spa-like bathrooms.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property including a washer & dryer, free parking, outside deck, complimentary coffee, free Wi-Fi, access to streaming apps on the Smart TVs, and an overall relaxing stay. The pricing on for this home is intended to be used for overnight stays and therefore, events are allowed with an event contract and are subject to extra fees.

Check-In is at 4 p.m. ET or later.
Check-out is at 11 a.m.

A late check-out may be arranged at least three days before checkout. The late check our fee is $30 every hour past 11 a.m. It is worth it to have a leisurely morning! We will have a few check-out instructions for guests including taking your trash and recycling outside.
Other things to note
The property is located in a peaceful neighborhood in northwest Atlanta. We value open and honest guests who will treat our home with care. If any concerns arise, we will do our best to address it ASAP.

Special Events & Filming requests:
If you would like to host a private event, brunch, graduation celebration, filming, or similar event, please reach out to discuss with the hosts prior to booking your reservation. There are additional fees and rules that may apply and must be discussed prior to completing your reservation for the event. Additionally, we will consider filming in the home as well but need to know the name of your production company and details about your shoot. Extra filming fees will apply.
