Re: the maintenance/repairs, we have addressed with the owner, even though he had just completed a renovation project most recently. Hi Barb! First of all, you are the best, and are so kind in your review! :-) And we are so glad you were lucky enough to find items in the utility closet to enjoy during your stay. While we do not provide beach chairs or other rec items, oftentimes the tenants before you will leave what they purchased for others to enjoy. Re: your additional feedback, we appreciate it and wanted to respond accordingly: 1) the property WAS cleaned (as they all are in between tenants), and we are sorry it was not up to your standards. 2) we wish we had known that you were unhappy while there as we would have gone back to reclean as many times as needed. 3) we are aware that there are some maintenance issues that have occurred during the busy summer season & need to be repaired but can't do so until the off season. We also will share this with the owners and again appreciate you using ITrip Vacations!! Take care~

Hey Erika - thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I also want to thank you for bringing these maintenance items to our attention. After the busy summer rush, there are often a few small wear-and-tear items that need to be addressed. We will get these taken care of immediately. As for the dirty floor - we hear that a lot and wanted to address it. The floors are vacuumed and mopped after every departure, but as soon as you open those beautiful patio doors and step onto the balcony, BAM, your feet are black (and then it gets tracked in with every person who comes in/out). It's the double-edged sword of having that beautiful/large balcony - but I can assure you, the floors ARE clean when you arrive:)

Hey April - thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are SO sorry about the cleaning issues you encountered during your stay. That was absolutely unacceptable and we have already had a "come to Jesus" with our cleaning staff there. As far as the palmetto bugs on the balcony are concerned - they actually DO spray on a monthly basis (that's the responsibility of the HOA) they just seem to come out more during different times and we apologize that that time just happened to be during your stay. The HOA at this building is VERY particular and are VERY strict with their storage rules - as they receive HUGE fines if the fire marshal shows up and there are things that could potentially fall and block a walkway in the event of a fire. I can assure you that EVERYONE that left stuff in the hallway was given a citation - just most refuse to pay attention to them (which is really sad) and then they get fined.
