This vacation rental provides comfort and luxury at every corner. The sunlit living room is the perfect place to entertain or unwind with family and friends to watch your favorite shows, sporting events, or movies on the smart TV.

The expansive kitchen offers a large island that seats four which is surrounded by upgraded cabinets that wrap around the whole kitchen and dining area. Inside this chef’s kitchen you'll be pampered with a Bertazzoni Built-in Refrigerator, Bertazzoni White 30” Range, and a Bertazzoni Microwave. Additional kitchen amenities inside this luxuries vacation rental include, a Bosch dishwasher and a wine refrigerator.  Adjacent to the kitchen you'll enjoy the dining table that comfortably seats eight for meals or board game nights.

The Primary bedroom showcases a Casper Cal King size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, an en-suite spa like bathroom, a large closet, and a glass sliding door that leads out to the magnificent views of the olive orchard.

The first guest bedroom features a Casper Queen size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, closet space, clean lines, dazzling wallpaper, and enjoys it's own en-suite bathroom.  

In the second guest bedroom will welcome you with a Casper Queen size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, large glass windows that allow the beautiful sunshine to pour in, closet space, and its own private en-suite bathroom.  

Enjoy the Palm Springs sunshine by lounging beside your private pool or fire up the gas grill for some alfresco dining. As the sun dips below the magnificent mountain backdrop grab a glass of wine and enjoy the desert serenity.

As part of the Miralon community, you'll enjoy access to miles of walking and biking trails, a large lap pool, a resort style area with a family pool and hot tub, bocce ball courts, and a state-of-the-art workout facility.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city’s and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool heat is available at an additional cost of $49 nightly or $245 weekly. Pool heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. No spa
