The neigbhbors were so nice and helpful! We did not recieve check-in instructions from VRBO, but the neighbors were so hepful and contacted the maintenance guy who was able to get us in. Once the owner recieved my message, she was extremely helpful and sweet. My advice would be to make sure to check with the owner the day before check in to make sure everything is good and you recieve the codes to get in. Also, this property's entrance is through the garage. There is a renter in the home who was so kind and sweet.

Home away from home

We loved staying in this cute little home. Super cozy. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. Conveniently located near the grocery store also! What a cute neighborhood. We will be back!

Nice place. Just what we needed

Loved the property, but it was hard to find. There was no actual address so that we knew when we found it. We arrived late 3:00 am, and did not have any cell service, so that didn't help. We ended up going to a gas station for wifi and taking a picture from the VRBO app so we knew what it looked like and finally found it!! Great place to land each night after our adventures.

Great price, very clean and close to everything

Very cute little garage apartment, with an actual garage to keep your car cool and out of the afternoon heat. There was an inflatable bed in addition to the bed in the bedroom, so we were able to make two very comfortable sleeping areas. Kitchen had everything that we needed and we were able to cook small meals to save on eating out each day. This property is in a neighborhood and we felt very safe taking a morning walk, neighbors were friendly. No WI-FI was a bit of an issue, but we didn’t come to PR to watch tv, so it was fine.Would highly recommend this property.

Not recommend

Very clean basic no air conditioning heat was miserable couldn't get in because couldn't unlock the door waiting from midnight sitting in car because she didn't answer the phone or CK text would not recommend or stay here again

Dear Lynn, we are thankful for your visit and wish you all the best. Our property has an AC Unit opperating in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it is so sad to read here that you didn't know how to operate it propertly, neither able to operate the door lock. I would have love to have the chance to help you, but you didn't respond my messages or call me again. Fortunately, nothing bad happened to my property after you left the door unlocked on your check-out. *ATTENTION: The unit has an AC Unit opperating in perfect condition. A licenced professional inspect it regularly and confirmed once again after this complain that it was and it is in optimal condition.

We are really sorry that you didn't appreciated the uniqueness of the Caribbean Experience that Puerto Rico provides. The Coquí is an endemic specie composed of more than 10 different varieties that only can be found in our islands. Their different songs enchant everyone, specially at night, even more after rainy days. You should have researched about it prior to your visit and it would have been a much more exiting and memorable experience that you may not have in big hotels and bigger properties. In regard to the electrical problem, it was addressed and solved. We sent you a refund. Thanks again for your stay.

Unfortunately we were not aware that the communication for this reservation required a vrbo account. We had trouble getting information for access to the property. Expedia was helpful. The photo of the beach is very misleading. The property is in a residential subdivision with poor street identification. No where near the beach. Thank God for GPS. We appreciated the garage. The bed was crammed into the corner which made access a little inconvenient. I would suggest a different room arrangement. No Wifi. and the TV did not appear to be hooked up to cable or DVD. While the symphony of frogs and roosters added a tropical flavor to our stay... Getting to sleep took a little longer!
