The apartment has access to a spectacular pool over the intercostal, from where you can enjoy a view of Miami's largest boats sailing through this beautiful canal.
You also have access to the gym, with a great view to the intercostal.
The building has 24/7 front desk service. However our Customer Service hours at Victoria Rentals are until 10PM.
Please note that check-in hours are until 10PM.
If for any reason you need to check in after 10PM you must contact us to schedule after hours check-in.
If you have an after hours emergency, we will not be able to respond to you until 8AM the following day- Please call our Emergency contact number and we will try to help you as soon as possible.
Remember that if you send a message through the Airbnb platform between 10PM and 8AM, we will not be able to respond to you until we resume Customer Service hours.
You will find on specific floors, ice machines and other types of vending machines.
Please contact the admin any week day and weekends from 8 am to 5 pm

Hallandale Beach City is located between Sunny Isles and Hollywood beaches.
This exclusive and family-friendly beach is one of the best located, in north Miami Beach. This is a quiet neighbour, out of the crowds and sounds of the south beaches.
In the immediate surroundings you will be able to find all the necessary basics shops for your vacation: from supermarket to pharmacies, restaurants, fancy malls and gulfstream. Being close to the beach is one of the major attractions, our property is located right accross the bridge. Can be reach in a short and pleasant walk (or just take the condominium shuttle!)

Our property has a Parking and Valet service (paid separately) You can also park for free in Walmart right in front of the BeachWalk building or in the public parking permitted areas in the street.
Complimentary suttle service to/from the beach every 15 minutes up to 5PM. Beach is also 2 min walk.

Other shuttle services are available under additional payment, to/from: airports, Sawgrass Mills Premium Outlets, SoBe, Miami Design District and most common touristic areas.
BeachWalk bicycles are available for rent.
If you love to walk, there are nice sidewalks around the area. Beach is literally 2 minutes walk, but you can also take the complementary BeachWalk shuttle service to go to/return form the beach, availabke daily up to 5PM.
There are many restaurants walking distance, along with great variety of shops in the area.
Gulfstream Park, 5 min drive.
Aventura Mall 10 minutes drive.
Hollywood Beach Broadwalk 5 min drive, Sunny Isles 10 min drive, Bar Harbour Shops 20 min drive.

We do love animals, however PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in our apartment.
Be respectful to our polices. The following penalty fees may apply.
Penalty fees:
- Non-Smoking rule violation: USD 200
- Pet-free rule violation: USD 200
- Maximum of permitted people: USD 200 per night
Broken items:
If anything breaks: please communicate immediately with Victoria Rental Customer Service, so one of our reps can help you find a replacement. Otherwise, broken items will be reported via Airbnb and the following disclosure will be automatically charged to your account: "value of item/s + shipping cost + service fee".

Please note that all of our units have open views towards the inter-coastal. View from the property assigned to you may vary, from the pictures in the listing, which are for indicative purposes only. All our listings show pictures from the two existing orientation: some of our properties are facing North and some are facing South.
