Nancy is a great host!! You can feel confident that you’ll be taken care of when staying at her property. The place is really nice if you have kids. Plenty for them to do inside. We loved it for how close it was to Coronado Tennis Center. It says 2 minute walk on VRBO and it’s 2 minutes max! The house has wonderful outdoor furniture and a couple of decks to hang outside. I left some items at the house and Nancy messaged me before I left town and we were able to get our belongings back. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Fun get away for a family of all ages

Host very accomodating. Plenty of linens, and is fixed up so cute and a true feeling of vacation as soon as you arrive and can walk to the fitness center,tennis and lake. A great location...

Lots of activity available for the kids

Great place for large group. Lots of games for the kids. It is a town home not a house as I thought. Looks bigger in pictures but it does accommodate a large family. Loved visiting with family around fire pit on deck.

Spring Break

This place is absolutely amazing… there has been so much thought and love put into making it fun for EVERYONE! It was me and my “adultish” children, and we all had so much fun playing like kids again, they didn’t even miss or care about their phones/electronics!! The property owner was so accommodating, she went above and beyond all expectations!!

The house is perfect for a family with kids. They had plenty games and treats to keep them having fun. The village is DREAMY! The pool, the playground, the beach, the walking trails. The list goes on and on. The house has absolutely every appliance and home Necessity.

Family came from WY to surprise my 90yr old mother. All her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Most she hasn't seen in 5 or 6 yrs and this was probably the last time.

Fun for everyone!

We loved our stay. The house was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 kids from ages 2 years to 14 years. The kids loved the secret room with the video game table. They loved making popcorn, ice cream sundaes and cotton candy. We appreciated all of the fun gadgets (like the bidets in both bathrooms and the mirror that was a TV). The location is beautiful. We were in walking distance of the Catholic Church which was so convenient. We would definitely stay in this Vrbo again! Nancy was a wonderful host!

Labor Day in the Village

We had a great stay! The house and all of the amenities was awesome! Having all of the activities for the kiddos was great! We enjoyed making popcorn, enjoying the ice cream sundae bowls and toppings! Everyone ( 4 adult ages 83-52 and 4 kids ages 14-7) enjoyed playing the arcade games and the kiddos spent a lot of their down time in the “secret” room! The outdoor decks were fantastic and we enjoyed sitting out in the morning watching the squirrels and ending the day relaxing there. Shower and jetted tub were nice! The only suggestions I would make are to provide some additional pots/bigger skillet and maybe another set of forks. We cooked all of our meals at the house ( there were 8 of us) and those were the problems that we encountered. For those that are not preparing meals for a larger group I am sure what is there is adequate. The sofa was not the most comfortable for sitting not enough support, at least for our ages but was great for napping/sleeping! Communication was great and Nancy even came by and dropped off some additional items! We will definitely stay again!

We highly recommend this rental; one of our favorite properties and best hosts we've ever had! The AC was excellent even in the heat of summer. Our host had the AC turned down for our arrival (without us even asking!), as we explained that our son had a medical condition making him temperature sensitive. Anytime we had a question, she was quick to reply, help and was overall very accommodating and friendly. There were blackout shades in ALL of the bedrooms, which allowed us to get quality sleep- the comfortable beds also helped. Plenty of portable fans as well as ceiling fans in every bedroom. Good hot water supply. One of our favorite things was the outdoor porch/decks that provided great squirrel, chipmunk and bird watching in the mornings. The host provided snacks for the critters for us to offer and have lots of fun! Plenty of games and activities inside, too. Teenage kids loved the secret game room with arcade games as well as the shuffleboard table. We used the popcorn kettle (starter supply provided) and snow cone maker. Plenty of soft towels available. Overall, a crowd pleaser for the whole family!
