Fantastic Kapalua location. We loved being able to walk to both Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay in about 8 minutes, and having the Honolua Store just a short walk away became part of our daily routine for meals and coffee. The unit was spacious, quiet, and had large bathrooms, which worked great for our family. The condo itself felt somewhat dated, including some linens, and housekeeping could have been better. We found a few dead roaches under a side buffet that had likely been missed during cleaning. We understand Maui is tropical, but it affected our comfort level. Overall, a good stay for the location and space.

First time in Maui

The condo was super clean and very spacious. We had a party of 4 with two adults and two teens. The rooms and space fit perfectly for our party. The beach chairs and toys in the outdoor closet were a bonus. The outside lounge chairs were nice in the morning and evening time. The Golf Villa is a nice, quite retreat. We enjoyed Taverna for dinner and the shave ice place on site. It was an easy drive to anywhere else we wanted to go. Kapalua Bay is within walking distance and perfect for snorkeling. We rented a car, and it was nice to have covered parking at the condo. It would have been nice to utilize the outdoor eating area on the lani, however the table legs were so eroded that the table was no longer secure. It seems the owners might be unaware of the condition of the table, but I would suggest replacing this for future guests. There are a number of stairs getting to and from the condo. Not a problem for us, but thought it was important to mention for other potential guest.

Great, spacious condo, well equipped

We enjoyed a week here. Ideal location within the complex for a family with young kids. The condo is clean and well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, snorkel gear and most things you'd need in the kitchen. Owner/management company were extremely responsive. We'd stay here again.

Great choice!

Loved our stay. Villa was true to the online photos. Door code made check in super easy. Loved the location on the golf course. Villa was spacious for our family of 4. Overall, nothing but positive feedback from us. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this property. It was very well appointed, immaculate and comfortable with Tommy Bahama style furnishings. Great location on golf course with gorgeous view. Beautiful, small pool area steps from unit was quiet, relaxing. The only issue we had was sketchy directions to the unit. Once we found it, it was perfect!

Wonderful

The Kapalua Golf Villa area is the perfect area to enjoy Maui - beautiful and relaxing. Our villa was perfect for our family of four and it had everything we needed. The couple of things we did need were promptly delivered by our host who did an outstanding job of communicating with us. We would highly recommend the Kapalua area and iTrip's.

Lovely place in Kapalua

We enjoyed our stay in Kapalua and would stay again in future trips. The unit is exactly as the pictures display. It was Clean, quiet and renovated. One thing to know is that there are two flights of stairs to get to the unit which might be cumbersome for people with mobility issues.

Great condo!

We’ve been coming to Kapalua and specifically the Golf Villas for 10+ years. Great condo, super clean, highly accessible to Montage spa, Honolulu store, restaurants, beach, etc. My only and one small nit would be if it would have nice if the kitchen and bathrooms had few more basics (2nd roll paper towels, hand soap, food wrap, few ziplock bags. Apart from that I’d definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Maui Golf Villa #16

We loved our stay in this golf villa. The kitchen was very well stocked, and everything was in great working order. We discovered the water toys in the outdoor storage on our last day! But no worries. We walked to the beach every day, which only took 10min. We would definitely recommend this golf villa.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We were very pleased that the property was very clean and just as it appears in the pictures. One of the bedroom lamps didn’t work so i reported it and it was addressed the next day. I am very happy we stayed here and I would like to stay again.

Love Kapalua! Updated Kitchen.. One small issue were the old Televisions. It did not matter very much because we did not spend much time in the room.

Fabulous vacation

We have stayed at Kapalua for over twenty five years and never been disappointed. This unit did not disappoint, in fact we were delighted. It is recently remodeled, beautifully furnished, very comfortable and in a great location especially for watching the golfers. We really enjoyed stargazing from the lanai. The beach is great we arrived most days around 3 and stayed until sunset. The sunsets are spectacular. Great food at Merriman's, Star Noodle and Hula Grill. We enjoyed the Coastal Walk each day. Thank you for great vacation. We'll be back!

Great property and near beaches!

People create 5 star ratings when they have no issues with the property or it’s management team. I rate this property and management team 5 ⭐️’s because of how they fulfilled their promise that this trip with my family would be special and memorable. The second day of our stay the AC unit in the main part of the house failed. I reached out to Allan with iTrip (the vacation/property management co) and his response was exceptional! Within 24 hours the unit was repaired and the best part was his communication from initial troubleshooting to resolution. It never required me or any member of my family to lose a SECOND of our vacation time. All the repairs were done in the background while we enjoyed our selves on Maui! Allan; thanks again for helping us! That’s why you should book with confidence! Super villa and s superior experience with the company, iTrip. Mahalo! 🤙
