The Space:
Welcome to this incredible oceanfront condo! The unit is in Ocean Forest Villas, which is located on a highly desired strip of our beaches known as the Golden Mile. The unit is completely updated and has unparalleled oceanviews throughout - so bring the family to enjoy this beautiful condo!
For this luxury condo, we provide hospitality grade sheets & towels. Moreover, we provide a starter toiletry package that includes makeup wipes, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, and more!
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.
Parking: Easy access private parking garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: From the parking lot, take approximately 5 stairs up to the first level of units.
Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Drip coffee and K-cup coffee machines both available!
Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views.
Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with a king bed. Oceanfront views from the window + balcony access!
Bathroom 1: Stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + pull out single trundle bed. TV!
Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway between bedrooms.
Balcony: Beautiful oceanfront view. Spacious! Incredible view for sunrises!
Pool: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.
Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: PRIVATE IN-UNIT LAUNDRY NOW AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONDO. Additionally, coin operated machines in the complex on the 2nd floor of the building. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.
Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling).

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
No pets. Max guest count is 5.
By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
All guests are required to follow the HOA rules and regulations while staying on the property. Any violations issued by the HOA during your stay are the responsibility of the guest. Should any fines or fees be incurred as a result of a violation, the guest will be solely responsible for covering those charges.
