Wir bieten diese luxuriösen Wohnanlage mit Blick auf das Meer und Blick auf Eagle-Strand zu sehr günstigen Mietpreise, weil es auf den Urlaub Markt neu ist. Der Wohnkomplex verfügt über große Rezeption, ein kleines Fitnesscenter, Außenschwimmbecken, Lounges, 24 Stunden gated Sicherheit.
Die Wohnung ist zu einem sehr hohen Standard eingerichtet, mit einem großen, möblierten Balkon, im Inneren verfügt über eine offene Küche (voll ausgestattet) Essbereich und Wohnzimmer mit einem Kabel-TV und WLAN.
Jeder, der diese Eigenschaft zu buchen wird sicherlich nicht enttäuscht sein!

Condo was exactly as described. Communication with hosts was very responsive. Condo is located in a great location across the street from the beach, close to bus stops and a 10 minute walk to the grocery store. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

For starters, our host Holly was wonderful. The condo, beaches, town, people, and weather was PERFECT. We couldn't have ask for anything better.

Just wonderful!

Could really not have asked for anything better.. plenty of room for two couples, close to beach, good restraunts..we felt very comfortable. The pool was kept very nice. Loved the location!

The condo worked really well for our needs - two adults and two teens - and the location was great being right across the street from Eagle Beach. Quiet condo complex with a pool and hot tub right downstairs. The unit was clean and well appointed (although we never cooked in the unit but it had everything). The management company was incredibly timely and responsive to getting us checked in and handling a broken AC issue that happened the second night. Unfortunately the issue was bigger than just the condo unit and it happened over a holiday (New Years) so once they determined that it could not be fixed during the length of our stay, they proactively offered to move us to a house with a pool. A lovely, generous upgrade. The whole situation was handled in a timely, professional manner. Would definitely recommend both this particular condo unit/building and the management company for any other properties they manage. A real pleasure to work with.

Great place!

The condo was as described! Great location, so close to Eagle beach easy 5min walk. Eagle beach was my favorite. A more quiet area as compared to the resort area of Palm beach. Easy check in/out. The security/gate guards were very nice and helpful and called us cabs when needed. Pool was nice, clean and quiet, very relaxing to hang out there. The supplied beach chairs, floats and cooler was a nice convenience. Overall had everything we needed for a great week vacation. Thanks!

What an absolutely amazing place to stay. The condo was immaculate. Nice size bedrooms. The view of the pool was breathtaking especially at night with the lights in the pool changing colors. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Can take bus anywhere on the island which is what we did. Anna, Matthew and crew couldnt do enough for us. Anna thank you for all you did for Rich and me. It was greatly appreciated. Already discussing our trip for next year.

The place was great except that one of the toilets was leaking around the base, but to be fair we didn’t call property manager to let them know - just letting them know now. Great pool area and grill was available for use and we did a couple nights. The outer door wasn’t hung quite right which made it hard to lock and unlock and there was a slight gap at bottom of door, but this was a minor inconvenience. View was great. Location was great. Lots of hangers. Would have liked a full length mirror and larger coffee maker. Check in and out was a breeze. Close to grocery store and centrally located. Vary convenient for Eagle Beach which was great. Plenty of loungers at pool. Property Manager friendly and gave us early check in. We would definitely go back.

This condo did not disappoint! It was spacious and very comfortable to have parents on one sleep schedule and young adults on a different sleep schedule. The two King beds were extremely comfortable and it was awesome to have two full bathrooms. We loved having a terrace that was completely shaded at all times of the day. Check-in was extremely smooth and host was responsive before and during the trip. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved it here!

What a perfect location! It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the grocery store (you can get a cab back if you have a lot of groceries). Since so much is walkable, and the cab service is great, Matthew suggested we only rent a car for a couple of days to explore the island and that was great advice. It was quite a savings and we got to see so much of the island on foot as well (great for my FitBit steps!). Matthew and Anna were excellent with communication, always in a timely manner. The condo itself is quiet, very comfortable, with plenty of towels and all the equipment you need in the kitchen. They have a book with instructions for everything you can think of. I would rent from them again without hesitation. It was a wonderful vacation!

Loved Everything About This Place!

Before we booked this condo, we read the reviews, like we always do, before we stay somewhere new. We read some complaints about the building construction next door, and Morgan’s abandoned water - park behind the condo. I’m not quite sure what they were complaining about. Sure the workers worked during the day, and quit at 5 or so. Big deal. This is how progression works. How will new places be built if people aren’t working on them?? It wasn’t a problem. We actually enjoyed watching the progression on our down time. And the abandoned water part, not a big deal. It’s in the back of the condominiums, so you never saw it. The condo was just as we saw in the pictures, and read in the description of this property. It was very clean when we arrived. And the decorations were amazing! Everything you needed was available in this condo. Plenty of dishes and cookware, and plenty of towels for bathing, and swimming. Beach chairs are also available for rent at a very reasonable price for the week. If you have a teenager that will be coming with, or someone that needs to be connected while on vacation, no worries… they have free WIFI… Please remember that this a condo that you are renting, and not a hotel, or a timeshare. You will need to bring your own hand soap, bath soap, shampoo…etc. Which we always do, so it’s not a problem for us. The property was beautiful, and very safe. It is a gated condominium with 24 hour security and the security guards at the gate, were friendly and very informative. The pool was refreshing and a great place to wind down in the evening after a long day of adventures or just being at the beach. There are lights in the pool, so you can swim any time. There are also grills available for use as well, which worked out great, because my sister and her family joined us on this vacation, and rented the room right next to ours, so we had a cook out one night. The condo is right across the street from Eagle Beach. You can walk there. I would recommend walking down the beach away from the jet-skis. They seem to rule that area and you are always in their way. Just walk a little ways more, and there aren’t very many people, or Jet Skis to worry about. Matthew and Anna were great! Communication back and forth was great. They answered all our questions and gave us some ideas for great restaurants. They are a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend Oasis Condominiums to everyone.

Perfect!!!

We stayed at this two bedroom, two full bath condo and it was absolutely perfect. The complex is approximately one block from the beach and around two miles from the "high rise" hotels. The beach by the condo has everything that the beaches by the high rise hotels have, but they're much less crowded. The condo looks brand new (because it is) and is clean and in excellent condition. The bedrooms are a good size and have a lot of closet space. Each bedroom also has large TVs as well. The bathrooms are beautiful. There's one off of the master bedroom and a second bathroom accessible from the main living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses and silverware. There's also a dishwasher. Everything is very new and in great shape. There's a washer/dryer as well. We made very good use of it! There's a large balcony which has a view of the pool as well as the ocean in the distance. There's a large grocery store which is a two minute drive from the condo. By the way, renting a car is a must. You'll find getting around in Aruba very easy.
