Located on the exclusive and prestige white sand Eagle Beach, very spacious family-friendly 1600 square feet condominium offers unobstructed views of perfect sunrise at rear and sunset from front balcony. Four pools, two gyms, racquet ball, squash, paddle ball and tennis court. Business center with high-speed internet, children playground. Mature trees and flowering shrubs with large grass area for children play. Resort setting without the crowds and noise. Very private and walks out directly to beach. Where do I start…this property was all we could have wanted and more. It is centrally located and right across from Eagle beach. This property has everything you could ever want and more. From the beginning of booking to drop off at the airport was seamless. The condo has everything you could ever need. Starting with a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals to making coffee - spices, oils, coffee and teas. The beds were comfortable with great air conditioning in both rooms. Towels for the beach or outings. Beach items including chairs and a sun ninja (sun tent). The views from the balcony were amazing. Pools onsite were great for those days away from the beach. Everyone we encountered on site was friendly and helpful including John and Rose Ann. The owner was very responsive to messages. When we come back to Aruba this will definitely be the place we stay! Bon Bini!

Oceania condo unit was perfect. Check in was simple. Rose met us at the airport and John was waiting for us when we arrived at Oceania. Aimee coordinated everything and was extremely responsive. Condo was perfect and stocked with everything needed for the perfect week. The condo is approx. 100 yards from Eagle beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Condo was as expected. The 4 pools on property were easily accessible, and the beach is an easy walk across the street. This is a quiet condo area so one can relax and not be overwhelmed with people. No onsite activities or restaurant at this facility. Grocery store is not close enough to walk. Area restaurants and tiki huts were not super close, in my opinion. I would recommend anyone staying here have a rental car. Communicating with Aimee was a breeze-everything went off without a hitch and we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation.

Our family of 4 spent the week at Oceania. This condo and all of the included amenities far exceeded expectations. Location is so close to everything. The property manager Aimee was extremely responsive, available and helpful. Check in was very smooth. This wonderful condo has EVERYTHING you need to feel at home. Lots of space to linger, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries and towels, and coolers and beach chairs. We were also able to rent a vehicle through the condo owner as well. So convenient! We have traveled a lot and have rented a number of VRBOs, but this was definitely the best. Highly recommend and would definitely book again in Aruba.

Fantastic vacation

Excellent location, across from quiet section of eagle beach. Great views of the ocean and sunset from the balcony. We even had the pleasure of having an owl visit our balcony during our stay. Condo had everything we needed for cooking and going to the beach. We plan on returning next year!!

AMAZING! Don't hesitate to book this--the location is right on Eagle Beach, which in my opinion is the best beach on Aruba. You walk right out the gate and cross the street and you're there. You're also midway between the high rise area and downtown, so you can get to either place quickly. Every morning I swam laps in one of the pools and had it all to myself. The condo has everything you need--beach chairs, coolers, sand toys for kids, etc. for a day at the beach. We rented a car and always found a spot by our building. The condo is right by the SuperFood so we made quick grocery runs and saved so much money cooking (the kitchen is well-equipped). The area is so peaceful and the complex has quiet hours so there was no obnoxious partying. Although we didn't take advantage of the other amenities like the fitness center, game room, and athletic courts, they look top notch. A big shout out to our host for letting us check in a few hours early and helping my son get a taxi for his ride to the airport. I would come back here in a heartbeat. One thing that might help others from the US--many places on the island, including the condo complex, request that toilet paper be thrown in the trash. If I came again, I would probably bring tiny paper bags for that instead of just putting it in the open waste can. But that's a small price to pay knowing it helps keep the beaches pristine. We loved Aruba and we loved this condo!

Great Aruba Condo

I stayed in this Oceania condo with my husband and two teens for a week, and it was awesome. The location was perfect, right on Eagle Beach and close to many restaurants and the large grocery store. The condo was clean and had everything you would need-beach towels, chairs, coolers, kitchen ware, etc. There were also four pools on the property. I would love to stay here again.

One of the best VRBO's we've stayed in. From the moment we arrived on the property we were met by the owner to show us around and give us tips and information about the island. When we entered the condo, it was spotless, amazing views and all the amenities that you could possibly need or want. The balcony was amazing to sit on and enjoy your favorite beverage while basking in the amazing views. Great location, within walking distance of many restaurants and didn't take long to get anywhere for adventures or shopping. The staff on property were all very friendly and were continuously working on keeping the property pristine. The pools and beach were amazing as well. I highly recommend renting this unit, you will have an amazing time.

We were pleasantly surprised on how accurate the listing was. It also had many extras from, ground coffee beans, spices, floats, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and beach towels. The beach chairs, sun ninja (canopy sun shade) and propane Weber grill were such a huge game changer. Water pressure from shower was awesome! Definitely a great central location. We will be back. Management rep, Aimee was extremely helpful in educating us on all the amenities and quickly responsive whenever I had a question.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. The communication and response was so quick and helpful leading up to our stay. The condo is just as described - everything you could think of including is provided! Entire complex is spotless, safe and secure and so nice. Amazing first time in Aruba

Our property was beautiful, spacious and very clean with updated amenities. It was in close proximity to the pools and beach. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Aimee and Alan were amazing to work with.

Great place and responsive host

We really enjoyed our stay. The apt is lovely with very comfortable furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pools were great. The location is perfect-- right across the street from beautiful Eagle Beach, which is way less crowded than some of the others. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely AMAZING

This condo and property were the absolute BEST! From the booking process, to check-in, to check-out, Aimee and Suzanna answered everything and made us feel like royalty! Top notch communication and care! Everything was perfect. This condo has every detail for your stay needed and the location on eagle beach was stunning. We had the best vacation and cannot wait to come back to this exact condo!

Great week

Our first time to Aruba and our family of four loved this condo. The beach is absolutely beautiful and not too crowded. So convenient to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The owners were great to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. The condo is very clean and well stocked!

Perfect location and beautiful condo!!

This was a great property that had everything we needed to cook in when needed. The location was perfect with a great view right across from the beach. We also loved the furniture which was very comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend this place. Marcel was also great with communication and very responsive.

Thank you for your feedback Eric, we designed and outfitted the condo for our enjoyment as well and it’s our home away from home. We also are happy to share it with the many guests that visit Aruba. We think it’s the perfect destination. Have a look at the turtle nesting season that is April through early June. We always have a minimum of 20 on our beach and there is nothing more exciting to watch these little creatures make their way to the blue waters.

Just Perfect for a family of 5

Amazing Location. Very clean and well maintained unit. Outstanding hosts who resolved issues quickly. Condo had everything we needed and then some. Comfortable accommodations for a family of 5.
