Reservation of the space requires a 30-day minimum. Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a code to check-in. The space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The home is equipped for long-term stays, available for mid-term rental, with a minimum of 30 days to rent. Extended stays are encouraged, and short-term stays are not allowed.

HOUSE RULES
No parties and no unauthorized guests are allowed. No smoking inside the property. Please keep food and drink in the kitchen and dining area. Do not bring it into the bedrooms.

Pets are not allowed

Smoking inside the home will incur an additional $500 cleaning fee

Fines of $500 for any damages and noise complaints

Additional guest is $40
