The property was nice. Loved the location a lot. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great. The only real issue were the pots and pans which def need to be replaced. Nonstick would be a lot easier I think. But overall a great spot and I would stay there again for sure.

This nice unit in a residential neighborhood of Moab is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We were grateful to have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms after a week on the Green River! Cute kitchen and well stocked bathrooms.

Perfect spot for a family of four

Great place

My family and I stayed there for a few days as we toured Arches. We were close to the park and on a cute, quiet street. The unit was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. My only wish is that there was laundry on site because we had needed it but it didn't end up being a big problem. I would highly recommend!

Very nice stay

Stayed 4 nights with my wife and a 14 and 11 year old. Everything was great, although the pullout sofa was a little rough for my 11 year old son. Hot tub and backyard is shared with 3 other units. Would absolutely stay again.

The hot tub hot enough? Lmao even. The hot tub was cold and filthy upon our arrivalā€¦we were told that it was refilled every Sunday after we arrived. There was no disclaimer on Vrbo about the hot tub not working on Sundays. We were told it would be hot by 9pm but your maintenance forgot to turn the disconnect switch back onā€¦so in the morning at 920am I went out there and there was a tech testing the ph and chlorine levels. Heā€™s the one that told me the disconnect was off. When we tried to complain to CASSā€¦she told us that another guest had touched the buttons on the hot tub and that mustā€™ve caused the disconnect to tripā€¦no apology no nothing well guess whatā€¦Iā€™m an electrician and CASS is not. There is no way that a 24v low voltage control screen can trip a high voltage disconnect it is not possible.. but thatā€™s beside the point this is the fourth trip to Moab Iā€™ve booked that advertised a hot tub and didnā€™t work. I donā€™t appreciate being robbed and I donā€™t think anyone else does either. But to not get an apology for the robbery is another level.
