Our 1st-floor apartment is offering stunning unobstructed sea views towards the beach of Koum Kapi from its perimeter balconies fitted with outdoor furniture. Upon entering the apartment, a welcoming hallway ushers you into a modern, open-plan kitchen and a comfortable living area. Thoughtfully designed to provide a charming ambience, this space becomes your own private sanctuary.

Additionally, we understand the struggles of finding parking during the high season in Chania, so to alleviate this stress, we provide a private, reserved parking spot exclusively for our guests, free of charge. Now, you can skip the endless roaming for a spot and focus on enjoying your stay.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms and a sofa bed nestled in the living room. Additionally, a fully-equipped bathroom serves all your needs. For restful sleep, the flat features blackout curtains throughout, and to keep the atmosphere fresh yet bug-free, all windows come with fitted screens. - Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1.5 per night, while from November to February, it is €0.5 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
