Thank you so much for your feedback, Jennifer, and for choosing our home for such a special family gathering. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the stay overall and appreciated the location and our responsiveness. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the upstairs carpets, the washing machine, and especially the oven. These issues should have been communicated to you ahead of time, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to adjust your planned meals during such an important weekend. We’ve already scheduled a deep cleaning for the carpets and are addressing both the oven and washing machine to ensure they are fully operational for future guests. Thank you again for sharing your experience — your feedback truly helps us improve. We’re happy you still had a wonderful time celebrating the UT graduation, and we’d love the opportunity to host your family again under better circumstances.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback Sheri! We’re really glad to hear the house was enjoyable and worked well for your group. We truly appreciate your suggestions regarding the upstairs bathroom. Adding window coverings and a door are great points, and we’re already reviewing options to improve privacy and overall comfort for future guests. Thank you as well for noting our efforts to look into a solution during your stay — we understand how busy workdays can be. It was a pleasure hosting your group, and we’d love to welcome you back. We’re happy the home’s location and size were a perfect fit, and with these upcoming improvements, we hope your next stay will be even better!

Thanks for the 4 stars, Joshua! Hope to welcome you back soon — and earn that fifth one next time.
