Due to a maintenance issue, the Tradewinds Plaza Building will not have hot water. The estimated date of repair to remedy the hot water heater is expected on September 12, 2025. Due to this issue, we have applied a 15% discount to the nightly rental rate to compensate for the lack of hot water.
