Full basement with 108' projection tv, full bar, laundry and 2 pc bath. On main floor are bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining rooms. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and luxury!
The space
This home is all about beautiful views and relaxation. Whether you want to sit and watch the boats go by, watch tv on one of the 5 tv's , cook up a feast in the kitchen or simply cuddle up and read ~this is the place for all that and more. Great location!

You'll have full use of kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private laundry, deck and yard. The lower level has a laundry centre, 2 piece bathroom, 108” projection Tv and bar....with a walkout to the back yard. The upper deck has a gas bbq for your use.
Other things to note
This is a bungalow where the main living is on the main floor ~ kitchen, bedrooms, deck, bathrooms. living room and dining room. There are two steps to enter the house. There is also a patio door in the lower level for access to the back yard. There is a separate apartment attached to the house with no access to or from. (private residence). There is a small dog named Lucy who is in the apartment below. The front office, garage and pantry in the kitchen is usually locked. Life jackets are in the bin at the lake. There firepit at the lake which you may use with permission ~ depending on weather and permit. There are several boats in slips near by so large fires with floating embers will not be permitted.
