It's a spacious, 4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom, with a comfy rooftop terrace, & bonus game room garage w/Ping Pong table. Plenty of comfortable sleeping options, fully stocked kitchen, & extra complimentary amenities. Only 2.6 miles to Nashville hotspots, no need to hop on a freeway to get to downtown! Entire Home (except locked closets)

The Neighborhood:
Perfect quiet location, but super close to all of the action! You're minutes away from Nashville's Top Golf, so many great restaurants in East Nashville & Germantown, and you're just minutes away from all the action in down Broadway. Catch a game at the Nissan Stadium, a concert at The Ryman, or Bridgestone Arena, bring the kids to the Adventure Science Center...you're close to it all!

Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft readily avialble!

Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure garage door is shut whenever you are not actively using the garage.
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!

A lot of time, care, and money has been put into this home that we LOVE. I only want to have the best guests who will respect my property AND my neighbors. Not looking for rowdy crowds to stay here!

Interaction with Guests:
Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay.

You will have a detailed digital guest book with tips on how to work the TVs, trash, check-out instructions, and it also includes favorite spots in Nashville!
