The property did not have an area to gather to play games. The island is way too big. It needs to be cut off to give more room to walk but and then maybe people could gather at it. The stairs are a lot for a group allOver 60.

This was such a nice place! The pictures are exactly how it looked and it was very clean and pretty! We did have ants while we were there but the Property manager, Melissa was very quick to respond and bring traps to help! I would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay

I loved this property for a lot of reasons. There were four king beds with bathrooms attached to each, there was a gorgeous outside area, it was very clean and offered all needed amenities. Beyond the property, the management was also amazing. Check in was very easy and they went above and beyond when we had to leave early due to a storm coming. Highly recommend.

The place was beautiful! Was perfect for what we were looking for. Had a group of girls in town for a bachelorette weekend. The house was great location to downtown just a quick Uber ride away. The house is right next to the train tracks so it can be loud at times in the mornings.

The condo was perfect for four couples with each couple having their own en-suite. The location was perfect. We were a little concerned about the train but it honestly didn’t end up bothering anyone. The rooftop was an added plus. We will definitely stay here in the future.

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to celebrate a bachelorette and a 30th birthday! There’s plenty of beds and space for 10. Each bedroom has its own bath. We loved the rooftop lounge and large island in the kitchen. A 10 minute Uber ride to downtown as well!

Nice property - clean, convenient and comfortable

We totally enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained/very clean and the property manager was responsive and courteous. It's is in a great area with up and coming restaurants/breweries/etc. and is only a short uber ride downtown. The proximity of the train tracks were disclosed on the listing and while they are very loud and pass right behind the property, they didnt bother us at all.

Perfect for friends!

We loved this house because of the multiple levels and how each bedroom has its own bathroom. Felt like all the couples still had their own space and not intruding on privacy. Melissa was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Beds weee also comfortable and linens were hotel quality.

We loved it here there was 7 of us and it was an amazing time for us all. Everything was exactly as it said. We read the reviews so we knew about the train which is closer than you think but got used to it quickly. The manager is amazing. And easy to contact and gets in touch as soon as you contact her. The place is absolutely beautiful, a lot bigger then what the pictures look like, one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed, Melissa was wonderful and answer all of our questions, everything described was there! We took two vehicles so we can use one for all of us riding, we use Uber all weekend and they showed up within 3min each time very convenient location! Definitely will be staying here again when coming to Nashville!
