The Space:

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the property, including the spacious 2-acre land, perfect for leisure walks, pet frolicking, or even a picnic! Reliable, ample parking is available on the premises and along the street, with enough extra space for bike trailers. We've installed a smart lock for a seamless, independent check-in experience.

The Neighborhood:
Located on a dirt road just over the Missouri line in Pineville, you will be met with the seclusion of nature, but still just be a quick drive to a Back 40 Trailhead. Removed enough to feel like you've escaped the hustle and bustle, but close enough to easily access Bella Vista & Bentonville. 20 minutes to Elk River floating access, and 10 minutes to the Little Sugar or Bella Vista, AR, lake systems. 10 minutes to Back 40 trails, 30 minutes to Downtown Bentonville and the amazing restaurant scene there.

Getting Around:
We recommend a personal vehicle unless you are accustomed to gravel riding on bike as there is about a half a mile dirt road to access our tiny home.

Just around the corner from the legendary Back 40 trails, it's an adventurer's paradise, ideal for biking and hiking. As we move towards fall, experience the magic of our woodland retreat under the soft hues of falling leaves, perfect for a restful Labor Day escape.

With renowned restaurants, such as the Tusk & Trotter and local craft beer at the Bike Rack Brewing Co., just a short drive away, your culinary experiences are sorted. Art lovers won't want to miss the Crystal Bridges Museum of Art, Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel is a must-visit for its architecture, and the Pea Ridge National Military Park, only a short drive away, offers a great day out.

We're pet-friendly! We happily welcome a maximum of two housebroken dogs, with a nominal fee of $75 per pet per stay. Please respect our serene atmosphere and refrain from smoking, parties, and events. Lastly, we want your stay to be perfect, so expect a friendly voice on call 24/7 for any emergencies or assistance in making the most out of your time in Pineville.
