Great location on beach. The property was not as clean as it should have been. Hot water was only very warm not hot. Drains in bathroom were very slow to drain. Roosters crow at all hours of the night .

The property was great and just as advertised. The communication with the manager‘s prior to and throughout our stay was excellent. Would recommend this place for small friends group if you’re willing to sleep on the couch or a couple. We could snorkel right out the door enjoyed floating, and the private beach like experience.

Great spot for me and my wife to escape and enjoy the island. Perfect walking distance to Camana Bay for restaurants and shopping. Perfect spot to lay in the water and just relax.

We are so glad we picked this condo. It is as close to the water as you can get. The price was right and the location ideal. Fabulous sunsets, too! Location - only 10 minutes from the airport on SMB. We had a car, but there is a lot of stuff in walking distance (coffee, breakfast, liquor store, restaurants, Camana Bay). We took a boat tour and it was a short 10 minute drive away. Condo - perfect for a couple. I found the king bed to be comfortable, and the AC worked wonderfully. We made breakfast a couple of mornings and found everything we needed in the kitchen. It is well stocked in case you want to dine in. I also appreciated the beach gear - floats, chairs, umbrella, and cooler. There wasn't anything the condo didn't have in terms of supplies. Beach towels, hair dryer, safe, washer, luggage caddy, charging ports, etc. were all provided. Beach status - There is a small public beach next door and a ladder into the water. There is debris in the water - rocks, poles, and cement blocks (hurricane debris?) that has algae growing on it, so you can snorkel at the condo or get a float and cool off. But I recommend driving a few minutes up the road to Governor's Beach (free to park) for a photo-worthy SMB experience. WOW, the water and sand here are amazing. Recs - Best breakfast was at Cimboco (delicious coffee and breakfast quesadilla). Best lunch was at Kaibo (take the water taxi over to try their fried fish curry). Best dinner was at Saltwater Grill and Peppers.

The location was amazing! Easy access to beach, right on the water! Could hear waves crashing all day which is so relaxing! Close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was so comfortable and we had all that we could ever need to make our stay more than wonderful! Had a great time! Communication with the host was superb! Thank you!

Ready to plan our trip back

The deck and beach which we enjoyed both during the day and evening, were the major highlight for us! This rental had all of the essentials we needed, plus extras like beach equipment! Presence of security on the property made us feel extra safe. It was walkable to many restaurants and such but we rented a car which allowed us to explore more of the island. We were made aware of the beach wash out immediately behind the rental, but there were other good options in the area.

Nice condo, good location

Husband and I stayed at Marc's condo for 4 nights after business trip to area. Didn't rent a car as taxi's were available. Good location to walk to restaurants. Condo was great! Clean, well equipped, simple (except the TV was complicated). Marc told us about beach damage (hurricane) prior to arrival and the beach wasn't the same as the photos online. However, nothing you can do about that and we enjoyed the outdoor area around the condo. If we return to GC, we'd rent this property again.

Great Property!

We had a great stay at this property. The owner provided great information and all very timely prior to check-in and during our stay. The property is very clean and pictured exactly as described. The property is within walking distance of most areas of 7-mile beach and a rental car was not needed. For those times when we didn't want to walk, we just jumped on public transportation right outside the property gates. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location

Literally everything was great. Marc and Monique were excellent hosts. They were very proactive in letting us know what was happening on the island and that their beach was getting smaller from storms, but we absolutely loved the smaller beach. If you want to walk the wide white sand beaches, there’s just a 10 yard walk through knee deep water then it opens up and you can walk as long as you’d like. There was plenty of sand just outside the condo to sink into and soak up the sun and the crowds were extremely small. There was a cool reef about 20 yards out where we were able to snorkel and see tons of reef fish, puffer fish, and a couple sting rays. It was amazing to wake up every morning and look at the beautiful water through the sliding door in our bedroom. The location was perfect too. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping and a short drive or taxi ride to many others. Marc and Monique gave great recs on food. We felt at home right when we walked through the front door. The condo was clean, full of everything we needed, and very cozy. We plan on coming back to Cayman and will absolutely stay here again.

We have been going to 7 mile beach for over 20 years and always stay at a resort but chose this option and very glad we did. Very nice and updated condo, I can't say enough good things about it.

With opportunities to purchase in different parts of the island, we keep coming back to this resort as it checks all the boxes.
