Welcome to our mountain retreat in Campton, NH! Our 3 bed, 2 bath home can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably, making it perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway in the White Mountains.
Waterville Estates is ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy skiing, hiking, and swimming, and golf. As our guest, we provide 2 passes allowing access to the community center amenities that include: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, arcade and fitness center.
The space
Our Space has 3 levels:
Main Level (Sleeps 2):
Mud room entry with bench and coat closet storage
Primary Bedroom w/King Bed and attached Bathroom with tub/shower
Attached Washer/Dryer to primary bathroom
Open Concept living room
Eat in kitchen with table and 4 chairs (extras available)
Recliner & sectional couch
Propane "wood" stove
1- ROKU smart TV w/soundbar
High speed WIFI included
Slider to 3 season porch with table and 6 chairs
3 seasons porch with loveseat and chairs
Entrance to fenced in backyard

Guests have access to whole house with the exception of:
3 locked owners closets: 1 on main level and 2 on second level
Second bay of garage (Far right side) used for Owner storage of misc items, please leave alone.
Community Center- 2 guest passes are provided for all our guests. All children 7 and under are free. Additional guest passes are available for purchase at the amenities center for a small fee. Open Sunday - Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday & Saturday 10am - 10pm.

Enjoy free WiFi throughout, with a modern well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, loft, and large 3 seasons porch with fenced in backyard.
We are conveniently located in Waterville Estates and within walking distance to the Community Center that boasts 4 pools (2 inside and 2 outside), 2 hot tubs, a private pond, tennis/pickleball/basketball/volleyball courts, playground, sauna, arcade, and a pond with a sandy beach that's great for paddle-boarding, fishing, and ice skating, food and beverage service (seasonally) and many family friendly events. Step right out the back gate to walk on the trail system within the development!
The fun doesn't stop in the winter time - the Estates has its very own ski lodge and restaurant at the base of Campton Mountain. On weekends there is usually live music too!
Or enjoy a day at one of the larger ski areas - we are just 10 minutes away from popular Waterville Valley and just 20 minutes to Loon Mtn or 30 min Cannon Mountain!

At the end of the day, prepare a hearty meal in the fully equipped kitchen or order take out and relax on the 3 seasons porch, enjoy a fire or smores in the fenced in backyard, or shoot some pool in the game room.
The road and driveway are not paved but well maintained gravel/dirt, wide and flat.
House comes with 2 Adult Guest passes and children under 7 are free. If your party is larger than this you will have to pay a small fee for each additional person if you want to use the community center. All children 7 and under are always free. The beach and playground are free for everyone to access. If you lose a pass their is a $25 fee for each pass lost.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED OVERNIGHT.

Waterville Estates has it all - year 'round! This development is like no other I have ever seen - tons of activities in the warmer months onsite and easy access to skiing, and snowmobiling in the winter months. The location can't be beat and you will find something for everyone from 1 to 100!

Our property is uniquely situated on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps away from the Community Center. No need to drive anywhere oncce you are situated, just a short walk to the fun and back to the peace and quiet of our little circle. Our space also has areas for all to gather (game room/outdoor patio/kid loft), and spaces for one to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature (3 seasons porch).
