Luxury 5-BR Oasis: Golf, Private Pool, Beach!

Casa Ich-Wenej which in Mayan language means "House of Sleeping", is a jewel to enjoy. Being a modern & gorgious house w/ 5 bedrooms w/ private bathrooms each, besides to the PGA Riviera Maya Golf course in the Bahia Principe residences. At one hour from Cancun's airport you can play Golf, go to the marvelous beaches of Akumal or just relax at the private pool and/or jacuzzi in the house. Capacity for 16 people.

The house is in the residential Tulum Country Club by Bahia Principe and it is 2.2km from the beach. The residential is gated, therefore , it is very quiet and it is supervised 24/7 by the security people.
The area has a lot of vegetation as it used to be the jungle and even though we fumigate, you can find mosquitos and you might come accross some insects.

The best way to move is by Van, SUV or Car.
Taxis are available upon request by message or telephone.
The residential has big Golf carts which pass at 700m from the house and take and bring you to the beach.
There are a couple of bicycles for you to move around.
1. No noise or loud music is allowed at any time for respect to the neighboors
2. No parties or events are allowed
3. The house must be treated with respect, any damage to the property must be covered by the guest
4. The use of drugs is prohibited by the mexican authorities.
5. The number of people in the reservation must match with the maximum number of people that will be in the property, no extra guests
In case of breaking any rule, the guest will be subject to pay a fine of USD $300, being evicted from the property with no refund or being consigned to the corresponding authorities.
