Welcome to our newly renovated 3B/2B home close to everything! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our house offers convenient access to freeways 60, 71, and 10 and numerous amenities. It is only 10-min drive to Ontario Airport, Ontario Mills, and Toyota Arena. You will also find Walmart, Costco, McDonald's, Starbucks, and an array of restaurants.
It is perfect for family getaways, vacations, and business trips. We hope you enjoy your stay and leave with great memory!
The Space
Clean Bright single story 3B/2B home with beautiful hardwood floors and lots of natural light. Our house features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, high speed wifi, and smart TV.
- Newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom.
- Spacious front yard. No backyard is available.
- Kitchen with full cookware and kitchenware.
- Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and electric Kettle.
- Home office with desk and chair.
- Central AC/Heating system.
- High ceilings with skylight, recessed light, and hardwood floors.
- Plenty of street parking spaces.
- Washer and dryer.
Guest access
- The house has a spacious front yard. No backyard is available.
- Garage is not available for guests use.

- We are pet friendly. $79 pet fee per stay will apply.

It is a pleasure offering our beautiful home and quality service to guests! Pls make sure you can follow the house rules below before making reservations. We appreciate you treat our home and neighbors with respect. Thank you!
1. The property is equipped with security cameras outside the house.
2. Pls park your car in the street properly. Garage is not available for guest use.
3. OUR HOME STRICTLY PROHIBIT THESE BEHAVIORS:
(1) Any Smoking/vaping in particular marijuana inside and outside the house.
(2) Any parties, events, large group gathering, loud music or interference.
(3) Unregistered guests.
You will be asked to leave the house immediately without a refund if there is a violation.
4. No lighting candles, aromatherapy or other open fire in the house.
5. We are not responsible for any accident, injury, disease, or loss of luggage or other belongings during your stay.
6. Pls report any property damage on timely manner.
