This 3BR condo on the beach was everything we needed and more. Condo very clean. Decorative and pleasant atmosphere. for everyone. Centrally located and easily accessible to everything. Our unit had a balcony which we enjoyed. Can’t say enough about it. Definitely worth the price.

Stacey was a fantastic host. Always prompt on returning messages. All information for check in/out and about the location was very precise and easy to understand. Our first stay at Beachside Colony(usually stay on North Beach area). We loved it. We were able to go straight up the parking deck and park right at the condo. It was very nice and spacious on the inside. Have a partial view of ocean from the balcony. Loved that it was just a short distance to the beach. Nice pools. Loved having restaurant and bar on site. Food was really good and staff was great! Short distance to all things either direction. We will definitely be back. I’ve already recommended the location to a friend at work. I bought an EV in the last year. Currently, only place to charge on the island is over by Fort Screven.

The condo was fantastic overall! It’s incredibly spacious and comfortably fit our family of six. We also loved how close it was to both the pools and the beach—it’s just a short, easy walk to either.The one thing I would clarify is the ocean view. You really can’t see the ocean from the condo unless you stand all the way in the corner of the balcony, lean over the railing, and look to the left. So while you can technically catch a glimpse of the ocean, I personally wouldn’t describe the condo as oceanfront.Aside from that, we genuinely enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfortable, roomy, and in a great location, and we had a wonderful time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this condo. It was super easy to access the pool area and the beach. We had not used the new grill area at Beachside Colony until this trip. It was so close to the condo and we took full advantage of it, beautifully landscaped and shaded in the late afternoon. The condo had everything we needed for meals at home, but we also enjoyed drinks and lunch at the poolside bar area. We look forward to our next trip!

The property was a nice location, good space and a good value. The mattresses were extremely thin and not comfortable. This was especially true in the room with twin beds. Tybee Island was beautiful and the proximity to the beach was very nice.

This was a fantastic spot for our family. The location was great. I wish there would have been a broom and dustpan to help with the sand throughout the condo but we made do!

The rental was very clean and adequately stocked with cooking supplies. The check-in/check-out process was easy to follow and went smoothly. There was a nice view of the beach from the balcony and the beach was easy to access with only a short walk. The host was communicated all information well and responded quickly to emails. I would recommend!

Nice place

Fine accommodations. Perfect place if you are out and about alot and need a place to shower & rest your head. On-site restaurant is great and the pool was nice too, though slightly undersized. We enjoyed and will be back someday.

Fall Break Relaxation

We stayed during Fall break. It was super convenient to stay right on the beach and near the restaurant, The Deck. The dogs and family were very happy. The kids had their own rooms and the common space was comfy. Tybee Island was a quaint little beach town ro explore. We liked the Marine Science Center and light house.
