Our small but intimate retreat offers mountain views and is surrounded by lush green fauna and flora.
We are in the north of the island in Gros-Islet, and we are located at the top of a small and quiet residential neighborhood with only 3 other properties.
Your retreat is a bit away from the major highway but we are no more than 7 minutes walk away from major restaurants and supermarkets, and the tourist hub of the island, which is Rodney Bay
For quieter days, a swoon-worthy secluded beach is only 15 minute walk away

Your private retreat comes with its own screened patio porch but you are always welcome to join other guest of the property on the wider the garden patio which has a pool

The kitchenette is equipped with modern stove top cookware, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen utensils.

Relatively quite and peaceful neighborhood.
There are merely four neighboring private residential homes in the immediate vicinity. The private residential homes are usually uninhabited by their hosts from 8am to 5pm
The area is largely free of traffic and other noise. It nearly, completely quiets down in the evening
There are two guard dogs on property and would only bark to alert of someone presents for extra security. The dogs are kept in a secure fenced area well away from the rooms and general guest areas
The environment is clean
This vacation rental is not in the heart of the booming and vibrate tourist hub but just within its periphery
This allows for relatively quite rustic sub urban neighborhood environment. It overlooks, mountain range views, a valley and gardens below and you can see the skyline of the tourist hub in the open yard and on the garden patio deck
There is adequate opportunity to meet and engage with the local community if you wish especially as you walk to the beach. You will not be bothered by anyone but should you need help , you will be assisted by a friendly neighbor.
The road to the beach also leads to a hotel resort., should you pass the beach entrance. However this secluded beach is not shared with the hotel guest as the hotel has its own beach facilities.
A day on the beach during the weekdays will largely be a private and quite affair with few other beachgoers. On weekends, you can enjoy with a few locals from the immediate community
Our neighborhood also offers sufficient facilities within walking distance to stock up on groceries and get a few essential items nearby at a mall, petrol service stations, restaurants and pubs. This is a perfect balance as it still offers an opportunity to enjoy the bustling hub no more than 10 or 15 minutes drive away
