4-bedroom house on Lake Michigan near Grand Haven. Private beach and close to hiking trails, parks, shopping, and restaurants.

This house is right on the beach and is situated on a quiet, private road. Hoffmaster state park is a short walk up the beach and there are hiking trails and other county parks surrounding the property. Shopping and restaurants are a 15- 20 minute drive to town.


Living Spaces
Your group of up to 11 guests will find plenty of room to spread out here. Watch the waves from your marvelous lakefront living area and balconies from the third floor or the living area and patio on the first floor. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the 2nd floor - one with a connected bathroom with a walk-in, handicap-accessible jacuzzi tub and air conditioning. There is a second full bathroom on this floor. The 4th bedroom is on the 1st floor along with another full bathroom and a large laundry space with a washer and dryer. There is plenty of couch seating in both living spaces.



Cooking & Dining
The roomy, open kitchen will quickly become the central hub for snacking, chatting, and planning your day. There is a counter with 3 barstools and a small table for seating in the kitchen with a large dining area across the hall. There is a gas grill on the adjacent deck.

No weddings allowed. Dogs are welcome, but please get prior approval. The minimum age requirement of lease holder is 35 years old. Guests can be under 35 years old, the lease holder must meet the age requirement. Thanks.
