Don’t go here unless you like waiting for / getting stuck in elevators. If you need to go up around check in time you will be smashed in and waiting for extended periods to get up the elevator. During my stay some folks got stuck in the elevator, others had to haul their bags up 15 floors in the stairs when both elevators were down during the late night hours. The condo was clean but the washer and dryer stained our clothes with some black spots coming out of one of the machines.

Family vacation

Great condo. You could tell they just completed some updates and one of the door knobs kept falling off and the pillows need to be replaced. The important stuff like the view and cleanliness were excellent.

Check in was super easy. Lovely condo, great view, had pretty much everything we needed. Didn't have to wait too long for elevators most of the time. Only complaints: master bathtub didn't drain well, there was no hair dryer, and the knives are really dull. Otherwis, it was a great pkace to stay. Would come back again!

This is a beautiful condo!!!! They had everything we needed in the condo also I thought it was an excellent idea that the property has a donation box for any unopened non perishable item to be donated to the community. The property also had a box where you could leave/share/borrow beach items!!!!! Such a splendid idea!!!!

Track Trip

Our grandson competes yearly in the high school track and field meet. We have found where we will be staying from now on,1902 Seawinds. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable and the management was helpful

The water filter in the fridge needs to be changed. The ice makes anything you put it in taste bad. The TVs need updates, I haven’t stayed in a condo without a smart tv in at least 10 years. The master bathroom shower head is just hanging out of the wall. Also one full length mirror in the condo would be nice. Everything else about the condo itself and the location was great.I have an issue with communication with Liquid Life. I tried to switch to another condo due to leaning about elevator issues weeks before our trip (since we were in the 19th floor). The communication about that was terrible. I was told I could switch, then was told that was not an option due to other elevators working. Then by the time someone finally got back to me and said we could switch, the condo we wanted was no longer available. We would have been much happier on the 6th floor in the other condo with a working elevator. Please don’t tell people there are three elevators when one of them is under construction. The 3rd elevator is in the other building and that does not have anything to do with the building that has 20 floors. That is very misleading. There was one working elevator and everyone one I spoke to was upset about it. People were waiting 20 minutes to get on an elevator. Honesty about the situation is better than misleading people, that leads to people being very upset.

Just the Bare Minimum.

Beware -HOA amenities are not guaranteed. The pool was closed down a couple of weeks before are arrival , and when we asked if we could be accommodated or rent somewhere else, no refund or discount available because HOA amenities are guaranteed. You better bring garbage bags , toilet paper , etc- not even a salt/pepper left behind in the rental. Cleaning crew was waiting outside our door before we could finish getting out . We lost one of our parking passes , and with two days left before our departure, they wanted the full week 55 fee for it. They did wave that fee considering we had a lot of issues with the rental. The water and ice in the fridge was not working properly and had to buy water and ice. Hot water was not working well in one of the bathrooms. The floors need to be mopped better. However, the good side was the pools were working and the kids were able to use them. The condo is roomy and having a third bedroom for the twin trundle bed was a plus. We couldn’t use the bottom trundle as it was filthy under there and the sheets were not cleaned. I personally will never rent from a professional company managing the rental and will look for private owners, which I had had no issues with in the past.

The property was great. It was clean and ready when we got there. It was overall a great stay, the elevator situation was tough at times though.
