Welcome to the Balboa Fairway Paradise House. Nestled within the woods of Hot Springs Village (HSV), we hope you love it as much as we do. HSV is known for its sweeping vistas, woodland setting, and championship golf courses. HSV stretches across 26,000 acres of the scenic foothills of the Ouachita Mountains, an ideal setting to enjoy the great outdoors. There are miles of hiking trails, several lakes, and numerous other types of outdoor and indoor recreation. This beautiful home is surrounded by trees while fronting the 8th fairway of the Balboa Golf Course, one of nine incredible golf courses within Hot Springs Village (HSV); all available to our guests. Our home is located less than 30 minutes from both historic Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park. Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature while sitting on one of three deck areas. Inside, the house is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities needed for both a short- and long-term stay. Enjoy multiple areas within this expansive house for relaxation including the large living area on the first floor, complete with a large HD television, Nintendo Wii, refrigerated wine rack and much more. You can choose to step outside onto the shaded deck for a wonderful view of the 8th fairway. There is also a beautiful sunroom on the second floor equipped with its own AC unit with direct access to both 2nd floor outside decks. All beds, chairs and couches within the home are extremely comfortable and intrinsically placed throughout the house to enable guests to experience the ambiance, a feeling of Zen, if you will. The house is equipped with several HD Smart TVs and fast Internet. For guests wishing to book a longer stay, there is a washer and dryer at your disposal. There are two refrigerators to store all food you wish to cook in the spacious open kitchen, or the propane grill located on one of the second story decks. The house is very family friendly with two temporary Baby gates provided.
