Das Pinnacle Port Resort liegt am westlichen Ende von Bay County in Carillon Beach, einer ruhigen kleinen Ecke der Welt. Es ist ein privates Familienresort am Golf zwischen den schönsten Stränden der Welt und dem Lake Powell. Bietet ein Klima, das das ganze Jahr über lockt. Unser außergewöhnliches Stadthaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern / zweieinhalb Bädern verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine / Trockner, drei Kabel-TVs, ein Queensize- und zwei Einzelbetten, ein neues Queensize-Schlafsofa, alle Bettwäsche und zwei separate Balkone direkt mit Blick auf den Golf. GREAT STAY!

I took my girls to stay here for a week. We really enjoyed how quiet it was and how easily we could get to the beach. The place had everything we needed and was just easy. The pool is half indoors and half outdoors so taking a break from the sun is easy. I've stayed in the same general area and the sister development for 10 years so I am pretty familiar with the comps. This is a great value. We really enjoyed it!

Classic beach meaning dated. Worth the price we paid but more of an apartment feeling. Had everything we needed. A little tight for 5 people. It was nice to have a pool and beach very close. Easy to book.

Home away from home

We truly enjoyed our stay. Marc and Angie put a lot of care and thought in making one feel at home. Everything you need to be comfortable was available. Awesome ocean views from the master bedroom. (2 balconies). I recommend this condo for a small family. No need to worry about packing up and driving to the beach. You will not be disappointed.

Nice little condo

The condo is just as advertised, and the owner is very responsive and kind. There’s plenty of stuff in the kitchen for cooking, the master bed was pretty comfortable, the view from the master balcony was beautiful, and the condo was clean. The only issues we had were with the building itself, which is outside of the owner’s control, but none of the issues were too serious.

Lovely beach

The beach was fabulous and quiet. Loved the atmosphere. The condo was decent but the views were incredible! I wasn't aware that I would need to bring dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and hand soap to the condo. That was disappointing and inconvenient. It was close to everything and I felt safe with my kids. Checking in at 4 and out at 10am was disappointing as well. Overall we liked it and may return!

Sorry you felt that way and that's the first time anything but a five start. Out check in is standard for beach rentals. Out by 11 and in by 4 to give the cleaning crew time to wash/dry all sheets and do a thorough clean for arriving guests. All amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, and all soaps are provided. However, long term rentals always expect you to replace as needed. We have always taken pride in our lovely unit and spectacular views! Thank you,

Lovely location

We are seniors and stayed here to escape the ice, snow and cold of Pennsylvania. While January is still cool in Sunnyside, the views were magnificent! The owners have done some attractive upgrades and had everything ready for us. While my husband had to be in touch with his office, the second bedroom with its built in desk let him set up his office easily. New cable and internet was being installed when we were leaving, and will be quite welcome for the next tenants. While the spare bedroom has bunk beds I would not say it is conducive to adults. We were able to visit Camp Helen State Park after observing it ( and Rosemary Beach ) from one of the two balconies. The master bedroom balcony overlooked the Gulf and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. I can highly recommend this rental but only if the owners finally invest in more substantial mattresses .

I’m so glad you enjoyed the stay and the master mattress has had such rave reviews. As far as the guest room, the pictures do it justice and the mattress sizes are more conducive for families. We try to furnish it for the majority of renters and a full mattress in the bunk bed was the largest available. Enjoyed having you as our guests!

Wonderful!!

Mr. Marc, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. We have vacationed at beaches for many years. We are a “spend time at the beach and bathe and sleep at the condo” kind of family. We had plenty of room for our whole family of adults, teens and kids. The beach is literally steps away. We had great views of the beach for morning coffee and great views of the lake for sunsets and drinks. There was always room at the pool which is just an elevator ride away. The water pressure was plentiful and unlimitedly hot. There was an abundance of cookware, plating ware and utensils. The a/c was cold and had no issues. The fridge, freezer, washer, dryer, oven, stove and dishwasher worked like they should. There were even coffee filters for the coffee pot. I don’t have one negative thing to say about your condo. The beach didn’t cooperate during our stay, but this facility and this condo in particular were perfect for our needs as a family. Publix was less than a mile away. Pier Park and Walmart were less than 10 miles away. Souvenir shops are a plenty! Everyone has to remember that these condos are on the beach and constantly in use by people who are renting them for the purposes of the beach. Which means water and sand are inevitable and may possibly be on every surface. That’s part of beach experience in my opinion! If my husband doesn’t complain about sand in his toothpaste at least once, then we didn’t do it right! Thank you for allowing us to be your guests!

1st time stay

Great place , owner responded extremely fast when I had a question about something. Gave it 4 star for cleanliness only for the fact that the refrigerator was dirty upon arrival. However owner was notified and did ask if I wanted housekeeping to respond back out to clean, however we had already cleaned it ourselves. The only other issue I found was that it was a bit musty smell upstairs. Not sure what was causing it but wasn’t terrible. The property itself is amazing. Super close to the ocean and pool ! Had a great stay .

Nice and cute condo overall. A little musty with a few minor things, addressed with owner. Would love enough towels for condo use when advertised for 6-7. Couldn’t get TV to work but we weren’t really there for that so left it alone. Overall experience was good.

Great time

Our family had a great time. It was a tiny bit cramped for our family with teenage girls, but it was fine. The live tv streaming was a little frustrating because it kept pausing. Streaming movies did pretty well though. Overall, we enjoyed it and it provided our needs. Location was great. Loved not being in the middle of the Panama City craziness. The owner was very responsive to some of our concerns and accommodating.

Overall the room was very quiet and was able to stay at a very cool temperature throughout the day. The kitchen was updated with TVs in each room. The property has a lot to do(tennis, two pools, lake, basketball court and short walk to the beach.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Port. There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the unit when we first arrived, but they were apparently due to a fill-in cleaner and were addressed by the person who usually cleans the unit as soon as we made them known. The location is great- easy access to the beach, and the views were very nice. The only change I would suggest: put a door on the master bathroom. Currently, there is only a drapery. Overall- an excellent place to stay, at a reasonable price.

Cute, Convenient and Economical

My parents discovered Pinnacle Port in the 80s, and now I bring my family there. The complex is removed from the chaos and claustrophobia of Rosemary and Seacrest, yet it’s only a 5 minute drive away for when you’re in the mood for that. The beach, pools, and crabbing/fishing dock means there’s something for all to do. The resort is charming and clean and safe. Carillon Beach continues to grow and offers restaurants and shops that are super close - maybe just a 15 minute walk. The unit’s AC works great, views are amazing, and it is pleasantly furnished. In reality, the condo is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos but was still plenty for the 4 of us. We also love that the beach is just an elevator ride away. We had a wonderful week! This is a a great value, and we’d love to return!

We absolutely loved our condo! It had wonderful views and the elevator made for easy access to the beach. The owner was great! Definitely recommend this place!!

Pinnacle Port is priceless!! You stay in a gated community that is between a private home community of Carillon Beach and the state park. Total privacy and not too crowded. However, in five minutes you can be at anything you want from Pier Park to Thomas Drive. Or, venture to the West towards Destin!! A great location!

Lovely gated community that’s been there for years … with fully updated unit with the style and comfort you deserve! We’re on the best wing! High enough to see over the mid rise buildings and spectacular beach views!
