Guests will have full access to the property outside of the guest house in the back. That is for the owner / other guests. They will enter through the front gate of the property, but walk around the side, up the driveway and through their own gate.

This property has 2 units on it, The Shores and a private guest house in the backyard. You will control the main house and backyard, but there may be other 30+ day guests (or the owner) coming in and out through the side entrance at times.
