About this space
Relax at this quiet country home on 5 acres in the Greater Cincinnati area. Perfect for large families and groups. House is only 5 years old with beds and kitchen service for 10. Ask about pets. Large deck with grill. Parking area can accommodate multiple vehicles. Lots of space for outdoor recreation. Just off I-75 and close to attractions, including Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Kings Island, and Cincinnati ballparks.
The space
Full kitchen with cooking utensils, small appliances, and microwave. Large island with seating. Master bedroom suite has a king bed, attached full bath with large walk-in rain head shower. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen and a twin bed. Bedroom 4 (lower level) has a twin. Bedroom 5 (lower level) has 2 twin beds. Lower level has a full bathroom with double sink and a separate shower/toilet room.
Guest access
There are 3 large bedrooms on the main floor, and 2 additional bedrooms and full bath in the finished basement. Ping Pong table and board games in the lower level.
Other things to note

We were not able to get into the house when we arrived and the host was non-responsive until after I involved VRBO staff.Other questions regarding the house went un-answered. The landscaping mulch was just out in the yard in bags, mold in the coffee pot and rust on the pans. There was no laundry detergent or paper towels on arrival, we had to provide all of that. The beds upstairs were fine, but others in our group said the downstairs beds were terrible.The pictures on the property make it look way better than it really is, it's very apparent the house has been neglected recently.

I had technical issues with the garage door and a personal emergency that delayed check in, and issued a $100 refund in apology for the 20 minute delay. I responded to every question. I was in the process of replacing mulch, but didn’t finish before your arrival; there was no mold in the coffee pot; the one rusty pan was left by a previous guest so I stored it in a cabinet separate from all other dishes until I could remove it; guests provide their own laundry soap and paper towels. I have had to schedule the house to be closed to repair damages. It has definitely not been neglected. You have no idea how hard I work to maintain my house and keep it beautiful for all of our many great guests.

Great location and place

The house and location was great. We enjoyed our stay. The location put us in the middle of the Ark and Creation Museum. Our daughter and dog both loved running and playing in the back yard! Communication with the host was great.

Ark Encounter Vacation

The house was beautiful and very spacious! My husband and I (mid 40s), our daughter (18), my parents (mid to late 60s), my Great-Aunt (76) and my fur baby were all very comfortable. The host was very polite and so easy to work with! If we’re ever back in this area, we will rent again!

Fabulous out of town experience

We love staying in homes that have outdoors space to explore, and this home was fantastic! Sonja was so helpful and responsive every time we had a question of any sort. The house was clean and check in/check out was so simple and straight forward. We highly recommend this home as well as Sonja :)

This was an absolute wonderful place and so convenient to what we wanted to do. Host was so prompt and helpful and we enjoyed the space and location of the property. One of our daughters and her husband liked the layout of the house so much that they are picturing this floor plan for the home they want to build! The only critique I would give is that the Keurig was a bit slow but we were able to adjust and make it work for the six of us. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect. A ten for sure! You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing Home

We had 6 ladies from Victory Church in Lancaster PA stay at this home. First, it was beautiful, the land it sat on was beautiful, it was clean and equipped with everything you need. The owner of the property was very friendly and hospitable. Our prayer for the family that owns this property gets so many more guests and that they love it just as much as we did if not more. We totally recommend this place 150%, you won't regret it, I promise.

10/10 We had a great stay at this property! The house was incredibly clean when we arrived, which we deeply appreciated. The kitchen is absolutely excellent, and the living room is a very nice, comfortable space for everyone to gather. The home also features beautiful views that we really enjoyed.We visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. For future guests, it is helpful to note that the road leading up to the home is a single lane, and we encountered oncoming cars several times during our outings. Additionally, the nearest grocery store is about a 15- to 20-minute drive away.Adding TVs to the remaining bedrooms would be a wonderful touch, since only the master currently has one.Thank you for a clean, welcoming home for our trip!
