The fully equipped kitchen featuring with modern appliances and beautiful granite counter space. Savor your homemade creations in the inviting dining area or take your creations outside and enjoy the great outdoors, while dining on the fun multicolored picnic table in the welcoming backyard. The dining room table accommodates up to 7 people, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 2.

Our home offers charming bedrooms that are designed to provide a restful and comfortable retreat for our guests. Each bedroom has blackout curtains and is tastefully decorated, reflecting the coastal theme of the property and creating a serene atmosphere. There is a king bed in each of the 2 upstairs rooms with plenty of closet and dresser space for your belongings. There is a pack and play in the left bedroom. Additionally, there is a downstairs bedroom/game room which has a bunk bed, accommodating 3 people. Enjoy air hockey with your friends or gather 'round to play an exciting board game. For your convenience, each bedroom is equipped with its own Roku TV, providing entertainment options for your downtime. Catch up on your favorite shows or wind down with a movie before drifting off to sleep.

Our recently renovated bathrooms feature beautiful, beach-inspired rainfall showers with a pebble floors. The combination of the stylish tile and natural pebble flooring creates a refreshing and serene atmosphere, adding to the overall comfort and aesthetic of your stay. Please note there is no bathtub on this side of the duplex. We provide complimentary towels, washcloths, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) during your stay.

Our spacious living room offers a comfortable and stylish space for relaxation and socializing. With coastal-inspired decor, it's the perfect spot to unwind and spend quality time with loved ones or kick back and watch some TV.

As you enter the property, you will notice that it is divided into two distinct units, ensuring privacy during your stay. Each unit has its own living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and backyard space, providing you with a comfortable and independent experience. Your booking is on the left side of the house (as you face the house)

Please note that the other unit of the duplex may also be occupied by other guests during your stay. However, rest assured that each unit has its own private entrance and separate living spaces, ensuring that you have your own dedicated area to relax and enjoy your time.

Because it is a duplex property, there is a possibility of some noise if there are guests staying in the adjacent unit. While we have taken measures to minimize sound transmission between the units, it's important to note that occasional sounds may be audible. We kindly ask for your understanding and encourage all guests to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

We are thrilled to offer you the option of booking both sides of our duplex rental for larger groups, which can sleep up to 15 total. Whether you're traveling with extended family, a group of friends, or colleagues, this arrangement allows you to have exclusive use of the entire property, providing ample space and flexibility for everyone. To make your arrival and settling into our rental as seamless as possible, we are delighted to provide you with a starter pack to kickstart your stay. For anything additionally needed, Walmart is conveniently located within walking distance!

Our starter pack typically includes:
Toiletries: We understand that traveling can be tiring, so we supply basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Cleaning Supplies: We take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting space for our guests. To assist you in keeping the house tidy during your stay, we provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies. This includes dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, and garbage bags.

Please note that the starter pack is intended to offer convenience during the initial stages of your stay. It is designed to help you settle in comfortably before you have the chance to stock up on your preferred items.

We understand that pets are an important part of your family, and we welcome them to our home with open arms. However, we kindly request that you adhere to a couple of guidelines to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the space for all guests.
